KiKUU - Online Shopping App, Buy Trending Products

It took less than a week for my product to get to Accra. But 2 weeks in transit from the airport to their main office, and another 2 weeks just for sorting. The most annoying part is that, when you go to their office after all these delays, they will tell you to wait for another week before you can get your item. How is this even possible? KiKUU Ghana is making the online shopping a living hell. Something should be done about it asap because it is discouraging some of us from patronising the app

Guyz kikuu z the worst online shoppng app . Hw cn people tek so many years without recieving their products. Yet evn paying online puts us to a risk. Atlst if u had "pay on delivery" buh nothing lyk that. As for me i made payments for my product .. through airtel mny buh i hvnt evn received a confirmation message en very annoying that my money was deducted. And the annoying part z all the customer nos. provided are switched off. Now dear kikuu watsoever, how cn i ever trust u again... My products show hw the payment is stil pending yet i paid en my money waz reducted... To hell with ur app. Ur serivces lack effeciency belve me

KIKUU should bring back the old paying methods instead of online because they were so much better and easier. The new online methods over complicate the paying and top up procedure for no good reason. You should also allow a person to change their phone number In their profile at any time, what happens when a person loses their current sim card and wants to change it

Poor and bad customer service. no one picks calls and number is either off or busy. Worse shopping app. Don't download,also they charge delivery fee which is very stupid to me bcos i pay for delivery. Jx use gh post to deliver,Period!

Have ordered over 30 items but still do not get access to give feedback on the items ..it switch to delivery and thats all since 5 months now.secondly i understand delivery fee is all part of ordering fee so why do they still take money when i go for my items ...winneba ghana

I love this app, but of late I am not able to view the track of my orders and my someorders are still awaiting shipment after days of payment. Please do something about it.

You guys shud really work on your image search feature.. I saved an image from your app.. And the same app couldn't locate the image from your app How else is it supposed to locate images shot from the outside?

The services you provides takes too long from ordering until the arrival of the order and when the order receive from the country still your customer care takes again much time to deliver the goods to you

Worst online shopping app ever. I will never opt kikuu to anyone. Their customer service is poor and their delivery system is worse.The product has arrived but they're refusing to deliver it. It's been over two weeks now and instead of telling me something sensible when I complained to their customer chat services, they told me to come for it from their office. Then why even ask for my shipping address in the first place. Seriously, if I wanted that I wouldn't have downloaded this app. I would have just bought from a shop in Ghana here. It's about time someone sues you.

Very very poor service tbh my Package supposed to take 2 weeks I track and it arrived last year 14/11/17 and till date I haven't gotten it
