Updated and lost all my points, wouldn't recommend at all. Why not just bring out a loyalty card? This app is rubbish..

Doesn't work any more. Whenever I open it and select a product to view it, the app closes down. Will uninstall.

Complete waste of time. Have used on several occasions and yet points balance remains 0. Just a scam!

The app keeps on telling me that an error has occurred and that this part of the app is not accessible. What is the point of having an app if you can use half of it?? Definitely uninstalling!!

Since the app updated, I cannot use my reward card. It won't open. I am using a Sony Xperia Z5 running Android 6.0.1. I also found out, when paying using my reward card (luckily then can insert your card number for the poonts) that all my reward points are gone.

Lost them for no reasons. I had bonus point from using it since it's been released, and I wrote a lot of comments about the products I've used. I'm really disappointed.

I cannot use my card in the shop because every time some errors occur. Annoying

Since the last update all my points are gone, it's annoying even though the rewards are pretty impossible to reach. It crashes repeatedly and won't open correctly 99% of the times.

App is great and handy, but reward code refuses to load! Please fix it, I am planning Kiko haul soon :>

I've lost my card now I've updated and and all the offers on sorry but I had a voucher to use if I don't get it back with all my points on the card I will take my make up needs else where from now ie boots.as I know I'll never lose my points

My card won't open as well but I uninstalled the app and I re-installed it again and now it's OK. Love the app and love Kiko!

Kiko you clearly know that people lost points and instead of informing them and giving a reward you ignore their complaints. I also can't open my code for the cashier to scan

Sadly the reward card being unable to load is making a makeup junkie like me stop shopping at Kiko store.

Quite annoyed as I had lots of points, almost £10 credit and lost them. Was told by a shop assistant it was because I downloaded the app before this April and so had lost them! App wasn't working but since deleting and re-installing it works

the rewards side of things could be more personalised and I do think it's a shame that you can't claim points on purchases you made before downloading the app ! plus if im honest the reward bonuses do seem difficult to reach.

It's a cool little app but the rewards are almost impossible unless you spend 100 s a month. Also the sales assistants get annoyed when you tell them you have the app . When it doesn't scan they just leave it so you loose more points

It says they will give 200 points upon joining Kiko Rewards. I installed the app and joined the program but my point balance is still 0. I doubt this app will be useful in the future
