Severely limited functionality when compared to the web app. As a matter of fact, the mobile friendly web-app is much better; even after considering the UI/UX issues that come from trying to use a web-app on a phone. Please, please, please release a robust mobile app ASAP!

Not intuitive at all, tried on computer, wasted 20 minutes finding right algorithm to schedule customer, got confused with million useless functions. Then decided to try mobal app since they should be more user friendly and have less functionality, another 10 minutes of wasted time. And they seriously want money for it? Would not use it for free.

The app is fine. Only annoying issue is I dont need to be notified 10 times for the same job. Can't stand that. Notify me once and that's it.

Third try is the charm! The current updated version of the app is now applicable enough to have my employees use out in the field! The interface is user friendly, the app is stable, and quickly trainable for new employees. Note: the app is designed for the technicians in the field rather than for administrative use since the app does not have any filtering capabilities (i.e. filtering to see only certain user/employees' events for the day). With that in mind, this app is perfect for ONLY technicians in the field that DON'T HAVE PERMISSIONS GRANTING THEM TO VIEW OTHER EMPLOYEES' SCHEDULES.

I've been with KS for a couple years. Seen alot of positive improvements. Bummed the app isn't what it should be, but it will in time. Sooner then later i hope. Great price but I'd pay more for a strong app and map, which is the main reason I came aboard 2 years ago. Reach local should allocate more funding. Great support!

I just get a grey screen on my android. This is very frustrating because it defeats the purpose of my company using this service. Please update the functionality of this app for android users.

Don't judge kickserv for its app. App is only useful for those with technician status and all the events for the day a laid bare for specifically them. The app is useless for administrative purposes. For example, our company currently has 409 events for just today, and filtering the events are pointless with the app. Kickserv on the other hand is a great service/scheduling software with the best bang for your buck. Its website program is MUCH better than the app.

horrible app, has almost got me fired from my job more than once. Some days its slow some days it doesn't work at all. For a while it was good i was getting reminders about jobs etc, then one day it just stopped. Office guy says it takes him over twice as long to do estimates compared to quick books. The only person in my company that likes it is the boss everyone else hates it

Stupid waste of money, time and effort. Takes away one of two jobs the office personnel have. That's a plus answer the phone and schedule jobs and the app could pay for it self ... brilliant. Super easy user friendly navigation with cute emojis to boot. Loving it. Billing, estimates, incorrect service times and personnel information easily accessible remotely with two bit security firmware versions no update is going to fix. But there's definitely no need for improvement on this app keep up the flawlessness

As far as ease for dispatching and scheduling from desktop to phone app it's not user friendly.

One of the biggest disappointments with this software is the lack of reporting capabilities. For example, let's say I want to generate all of my customers for the next two weeks.... I will need to set up a report with fixed dates on it. If I wanted to run a two-week report let's say in the middle of the week or next week I would need to go into the report and modify the actual dates and then run the report. The Excel file is time consuming to format into our existing paperwork norms.
