Die Glyptothek gehört zu den bedeutendsten Antikenmuseen der Welt. Hier werden griechische und römische Marmorstatuen von höchster Qualität in einem idealen Ambiente präsentiert: Vor den schlichten Ziegelmauern der Museumssäle stehen die Skulpturen frei im Raum.
