KIA Service Official App

Received "This device is rooted" notification and apps terminated automatically. And yes, i'm using custom rom which have root access... not sure y this apps so particular with rooted privilege....

I bought a new Sorento and the service center asked me to install this app & can't believe KIA can publish something that doesn't even manage to connect to their registration servers. Disappointed. After year time downloaded the application to realize that the app is still so buggy.

if me out to visit other icon in my gadget..i must log in again.. that's not simple.. every people not same remind his pasword and id again.. please give me alternative step to make my account not log out.. one again in my Aps on Menu Owners Manual not available..

Had promise when first opened. Then week later went to open to enter milage and fuel and could no longer access. Kept getting invalid Vin or check your information. Totally worthless. Would not recommend at all.

Download not completed due to version issues. Very bad I'm sad that Kia have such App :(

Worst app ever. It doesn't have usa as an option, keeps telling me that my Vin is wrong & my login info is wrong. Fix these issues & I'll rate it higher.

Can't even start the app up. Loading to 100% and freezes there. Don't waste your time on this app.

I can't make registration, always say there is problem with my email, Try diff. accounts and it is the same, and what is the meaning off "@" beside ID no.

I made a service last October 7th and the job is done, but on the app still show pending of execution. Also we do not have a direct link to make comments or complaints

"This application encountered an error processing the resource updating." Terrible app and the company here in Saudi Arabia has no clue how to handle it or fill its info. Very unpleasant experience with KIA overall

Don't bother yourself by installing this app....it is not working at all after i put all the information ...can't log in لا تغلب نفسك في تحميل البرنامج لأنه لا يعمل بعد تسجيل جميع البيانات فلن تكون قادر على الدخول للبرنامج

Love my Kia, but they really need to get a grip on their app strategy. When you launch the app, you're required to select a country, but USA isn't even an option. As an app developer they can (and should) make this app available only to the countries for which it was developed.

Terima kasih KIA, aplikasi ini sebenarnya bisa sangat membantu namun butuh sangat banyak perbaikan. Informasi yg ada masih sangat minim, misalnya perawatan apa saja yg telah dikerjakan pada suatu unit. Harusnya integrated infonya.

I fill out all the info required for registration but an unexpected error occurred, even after several times of trying still the issue occurred.

Can't log in, kept saying e mail error after giving my working email ID

It's not available for United States of America. Deleted after trying to create an account only to find my preferred dealer doesn't exist...

Useless app, even after entering all the details correctly it is showing error. Deleting it now.

Doesn't notify if workshop is not open. Poorly done app.

Keep on telling me there is something wrong with my email..

Cannot Login... keep on notify me "An error occur while login process" Admin..please check your inbox. I already highlight my issue but no feedback till today.

Not showing anything when you click on history. Worthless app. Would give it 0 star but lowest is 1 star.

simple end-to-end functionality of creating an appointment failed due to obvious defect on vin issues. i hope this does not reflect their car quality standard. poor app quality.

This app is not working with rooted phone. When i try to open it, it only show notification device rooted and then it shuts down on its own

Is not even possible to Join.... The type of car spaces are not even activated, skipping that when you finally fill the form says the system encountered inconveniences try again later. Rubbish!

Cont login. Worst app. Don't waste time

Just getting started it asks for country/language and it doesn't even have the USA? I'm not picking a different country just to start... im out.. Uninstall!

I try to open it and it requests my language and does the even list the United states English as an option. When I do choose an English language from another country it doesn't let me sign it, and this is after I Uninstalled it and installed it again.

Kia of all have an app that wont let rooted users use their app.even Banks dont have such problems.

Not even login and using the app, the registration process and login ended with "Notification exception error". Is there any admin taking care this app?

I am already installed but when inter VIN (CHECK) NOT give any notification. so i try many time to make that but unfortunately i did not.

Can't join as it keeps giving a message that VIN# doesn't exist.

Hi technical support please solve the problem of loading the application it's can't work anymore

Dates and times for appointments is inactive... can't select... the old application was nice and easy to use.

Make an appointment for service my car. Upon arrival service center didn't received my appointment from this app.

Not showing history, not updated, Not showing all services centre details.

None valued application. Stupid starting from the information required for registration and sign in
