By far the best open source solution for android out there. Looking forward for the private repos compatibility.

This does support 2 factor auth for GitHub. Do not use your 2 factor "token" password you generated. Rather, use your original password. Travis CI's app will prompt you to enter the security code from your authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator). Great app!
