Nissan EG for Android
The app does not accept the email address asking for valid email although i put my valid email..why is asking for the ID number. . Please amend it

When i make reservation for nissan urvan is not existing
Downloaded but keeps on telling me provide a valid email, Tried more than one account but same result ,very frustrating! !
يعني انا حجزت معاد ومكان وساعه معينه للصيانه، مفروض تبعتولي رقم الحجز في رساله للتأكيد، مش اضطر اكلمكم علشان تدوني الرقم علشان اما اروح التوكيل اديه لمهندس استقبال الصيانه، ثاني حاجه مفروض انا رايح اعمل صيانة ١٠٠٠٠ مثلا وانا بحجز تقولي الصيانه هيتغير فيه قطع إيه و تتكلف كم والمصنعيات كم وتديني رينج التكلفه مثل "توكيل رينو بيديني التكلفه من قبل ما اروح اصلا وعلى الصفحه بتاعتهم سعر كل قطعة غيار ومصنعية تركيبها وتكلفة الصيانات" علشان مش اروح اتفاجأ بزياده او تغيير في الاسعار

هو الاسم والايميل والرقم القومي اللي بدخلهم لازم بكونوا بتوع صاحب العربيه .. حتي لو متوفي .. ولا مش لازم .

I booked an appointment via this app . And when I reached the service centre they said : (You have not booked . There is no evidence of that ) And when I showed the employee the remainder of my booking on my mobile phone she said : (It is better to use our phone number !) The good thing is that the application is well organized and runs smoothly. The bad thing is that it is totally useless !
