Can u explain why the SHA 104 V 2 ISN'T an android compatible system. I have been using for 3 yrs and now it's useless without mobile viewing

I love this app but in Android there Is no connection problem,when i open the app only 2 or 3 camera opens and rest of the cameras says WAITING FOR CONNECTION.please sort this out.

Works great with HTC One m8 on marshmallow for live View. Other than can not delete a device permanently when I open app again the deleted device is back again. Also search for previous day and time function will not connect saying failed and all ports forwarded correctly in router.

Great app but why can I only view 4 of my 6 cameras at one time ? 9 camera Windows come up. When I start the app it's like a lottery as to what 4 cameras I will see ? Use to work fine on my iPhone. Using Galaxy edge 7

I haven't been able to connect for over a year on my Sony Xperia SP. My ipad & Ipod now only show internal views & I am no longer able to view away from home. I called Customer Service & was told I would have to pay again to reset. I no longer have a computer & have forgotten my password :-(

The app is trying to connect, never happens.

It has just stopped working and I can't get it started again. Really disappointed at the moment. Also I cannot view unless connected to my home WiFi,I hope this can be rectified.

App works only half the time. It spontaneously loses my ip addresses for my cameras. Takes forever to pull up camera's on my phone. When it works it's great but now I'm reinstalling for 3rd time.

Been using this app for a long time for my NS1601. But on my Lollipop HTC phones, it only shows first page camera's smoothly but when i go to next page, it takes a very very long time to load camera's. ONLY first page loads quickly. tested on HTC One M7 & M8.

I have OT801 and I can connect to the cameras from my phone but it won't work on the app

I have the OT-801 and it no longer loads all of the camera's after the latest update. It switches around to a few different ones each time. Please fix this.

Connections failed on all channels after my phone updated to Android 6. Please fix this issue.

Can't connect to the dvr/ nvr. I'm using Samsung note2. My dvr/ nvr model is NS801. need help!

On the standard kview app I could switch between dvrs and access more than 4 cameras. Using the kviewhd app I cannot select the 2nd dvr or more than 4 cameras. Using 2 sha108v2 in 2 locations and trying to view on a HTC m7.

Not bad, got it to work but the ratio for the resolution is always stretched out on my phone. On the kview desktop monitor, it is fine. It's been about a year, resolution is still not fixed.

Emailed the problem 2 weeks ago. While my big bank app here received the same report more than a month ago, It isn't fixed yet. Kudos to KGuard support team.

Hi it use to work but not anymore. It still works on my girlfriends Galaxy S4

Unlike the kview app the kviewhd app does not have a big enough url field to handle long url. Also I have 8 cameras it would be nice since I can only see 4 at a time that the program only shows 4 windows and have a "next 4" option so I can see all 8 cameras..even if its in 2 phases.

never working like IOS app. I use same setting on the IOS that was working, but it won't work with Android. what's wrong with it. Am I have to buy iphone for use it as mobile app.

Works very well, a bit of a faff setting up for non tech person but happy with it now its up and running

Live view does not work on Android 5.0. Playback (past) does appear to work.

I can't make it work after I upgraded to android 5.0 lollypop, camera just won't connect to server. Please advice

Works ok for long periods then crashes with message "kview hd has stopped working". Never works again until app is uninstalled and reinstalled. Unreliable. Asee is far better but only displays one camera at a time.

Works great as I couldn't get ip cam viewer on real time...
