스마트OTP 공동앱

1. 스마트OTP 발급 및 타기관등록

1) 발 급
- 스마트OTP 발급 가능 금융회사에 내방
- 스마트OTP 발급 신청서를 작성하고, 신분증 제출
* 발급 가능 고객 : NFC 이용가능 스마트폰 소지자 중 개인뱅킹 고객(개인 사업자 포함)

2) 스마트OTP 타기관등록
- 신분증 및 OTP발생기를 지참하고 금융회사에 내방하거나,
- 인터넷뱅킹, WTS 등 금융회사에 접속하여 “OTP 타기관등록” 메뉴를 선택하고, 해당 스마트OTP의 일련번호 및 벤더코드를 입력한 후, 공인인증서 등을 통해 타기관등록

2. 이용방법

1) 기기등록
- (기기등록이란?) 고객이 기기등록한 스마트폰에서만 OTP가 생성되도록 금융결제원에 스마트폰을 등록하는 절차
- 기기등록은 최초 1회만 등록하면 이후 별도 등록 없이 이용 가능
* 단, 공동앱 재설치 또는 스마트폰 변경 시에는 재차 기기등록 필요
- 1개 이상의 기기등록도 가능 (단, 발급 금융회사별로는 1개의 스마트OTP만 기기등록 가능)

2) 이 용
- 자금이체, 공인인증서 재발급 등의 전자금융거래 진행 과정에서 OTP 요구 시 공동앱을 실행하여 OTP 생성
① 금융회사의 인터넷뱅킹, 스마트폰뱅킹, WTS 등에 거래정보 입력
② 공동앱 실행 (스마트폰으로 전달된 푸시메시지를 터치하거나, 직접 실행)
③ IC카드 접촉
④ 거래정보확인후 IC카드 접촉
⑤ OTP 생성
- OTP가 생성되면 공동앱은 자동으로 종료되고, 생성된 OTP 화면은 플로팅 화면*으로 출력됩니다. 이후, OTP 화면은 약 1분 이후에 자동으로 종료됩니다.
* 플로팅 화면 : 다른 앱의 상단에 출력되며, 이동이 자유로운 화면 구성 방식 (금융회사의 스마트뱅킹 등의 앱과 동시 실행 가능) 1. Smart and other agencies issued OTP register

  1) to class
    - Carry the smart OTP issued by financial companies
    - Create a smart issued by OTP application and submit identification
     * Customers can be issued: personal banking customers (including sole proprietors) of NFC-enabled smartphone holders use

  2) Smart OTP other organizations registered
    - Bring your ID and OTP generator and my room or in financial companies,
    - Internet banking, WTS, etc. to connect to the financial institution, select the "OTP other institutions registered" menu, then enter the serial number and vendor code of the smart OTP, through other agencies, such as the registration certificate

2. How

  1) Device registration
    (? Instrument is registered) enrollment process for customers and allow the smartphone to the KFTC OTP is generated only registered smart phones
    - Device registration is available without additional registration If you register after the first one-shot
      * However, joint or need to reinstall the app again when the smartphone device registration changes
    - One or more devices can also be registered (except finance company issued one smart By OTP only devices can be registered)

  2) for
    - Funds transfer, electronic banking process OTP generated by running a joint request from the OTP app when such certificate reissued
      ① Internet banking, phone banking smart, enter transaction information such as financial companies WTS
      ② jointly run apps (touch a push message delivered to the smartphone, or run directly)
      ③ IC card contact
      ④ After checking transaction information contact IC card
      ⑤ OTP generation
    - When the app is co-OTP is generated automatically shut down, the screen generated OTP is output as a floating screen *. Since, OTP display is automatically terminated after approximately one minute.
       * Floating screen: Output is on top of other apps, go free screen configurations (financial companies can run simultaneous apps, such as smart banking)
