ROOT permissions for android version older than 6.0 as below guide:

1. Need rooted devices
2. Download fakegps apk or install normal from google play store and find it in /data/app/com.kfn.fakegpspro/!base.apk
3. Use Root Explorer or other similar apps to move above apk to /system/priv-app/ then accept read-write permissions
4. Install apk from /system/priv-app/ and reboot your device
