I can't set the mock location app on kitkat. Using mock locations doesn't work with pokemon go

It worked like a charm when I first downloaded but now it wont last 1 minute and keeps jumping back to current location. Would give 5 stars. Please fix...keeps jumping back to original place.

May work for others. In the instructions it shows choosing your app from a drop down menu that seems to hover over the "allow mock locations" option. This is not a part ol the developer options I see in my phones settings.
