Fave (previously Groupon) - Best Deals & Discounts

It sucks. First, they force you to give rating for every purchase. Luckily it doesn't happen anymore if I'm not wrong. Another problem is the notifications. And then they shortened the window period for cancelling purchase. But the biggest problem is that it will just delete and not post your review. A handful of times I had a rather unpleasant experience with the service provided and gave ratings that are less than 3 stars. But what Fave did is to send an email to me telling me they are sorry for the experience and will feedback to vendor. My reviews were never seen again. So no, I can't help fellow customers out! This time round, I needed to cancel a purchase but customer service did not seem keen to assist. They closed the chat even before I responded, which is extremely rude!

Coupons are OK but app is quite annoying. Daily notifications. Even turned off notifications in settings still getting them, had to block it in Android settings.

Disabling notification on promotions is not working. Already disabled all notification, but still receiving promotion message every 1 or 2 days

Finally this update let me sign in with my phone number! I won't be writing in since it works now. Thanks.

Poor customer service and no accountability for previous Groupon deals

Dear fave, I just purchased at fave website at my computer but when i installed and log in thru app at handphone, i cant find my voucher. Then how i want to redeem??!! Thanks!

New to fave but notice a glaring fault. You hide all negative reviews and that's downright manipulation. And to me, it indicate lack of integrity. I generally rely on reviews but would take a balance view. Obviously, it can't be done here. Sad.

Horrible app that cheats money - I spent money to buy a voucher in Groupon, and Groupon sent me an email to remind me that I have till 27 July 2017 to use it, however, Fave decides to deny me access to my voucher and refuse to make things right or refund me of my money! My first experience on Groupon/Fave is so disappointing, please beware of this app.

I installed the app as new groupon required me to use app instead of printout. I bought many vouchers but it doesn't give me flexibility to use partial number of coupon. Please add it and it really messed my evening

This app only publishes good reviews, and deletes negative feedback. I call this cheating. It only encourages more irresponsible vendors to advertise and rip people off.

I usually go for the massages and spa deals. The deals indeed are cheap and reasonable but the service they provide are not up to what I expected. Some of the massage services were done quite simply and they hardsell you their products after a service.

When I want to browse Eat deals, the filter tab cannot be closed and blocks 3/4 of the screen....

UI nya kurang bagus, jika melakukan search sudah di batasi oleh lokasi kita, seharusnya tidak ada batasan lokasi tetapi bisa memasukan filter lokasi dan tidak ada filter kategori saat melakukan search coupon sehingga kupon yang muncul terlalu random

Saya sudah sangat sering menggunakan voucher dari fave, mulai dari makanan- kecantikan- kegiatan saya sudah pernah beli. Sangat mudah pembelian dan penggunaannya. Fitur search voucher by location near me sangat membantu. Love it. Thank u fave

Fave is quite expensive compare to groupon..

Lousy customer service and no accountability for groupon. Money wasted . Try not to buy from the apps. Just contact the owner straight away. The promo code is ridiculous . It shown for less than 2 seconds and gone. How I going to see it? And customer service would not help on this. Lousy and poor and terrible that's what I want to say. Goodbye fave

It sucks! The voucher i purchased from groupon was wasted! Planning to use it on the 28th of june but found out that groupon had changed to fave. And into my surprise they wont honour whatever i bought from groupon since "fave cant access groupon system anymore". So i wasted time, money and effort. The voucher was not cheap and i cnt even use it!

Groupon is more precise.. The food information is clearer in Groupon. Yes..it's shows that the restaurant said "pork free" but there also supposed to be an information like this "All the ingredients are from halal sources" unless they're really non-halal restaurant..I hope FAVE could be better.. =_= Updated : 04 July 2017 Not user friendly..take longgggg time to load the page..like reallyyyyyy heavy..please do something.. INRESPONSIBLE SYSTEM MIGRATION FROM GROUPON This is ridiculous. Didnt know Groupon had been accuquired by this new company and I wasnt notified until today when I found out the company has been changed. So all my credits from Groupon are gone now since FAVE claimed that they had not more accessed to Groupon's account! Very good! The only compensation was a promo code - not even enough to offset the amount paid previously. In another words, all the unused credits from Groupon were not migrated to FAVE... Outstanding! Lesson learnt. Do not trust all these online companies with buying credits in future. This will be the FIRST and LAST using this app. Adios. 10th July: FAVE had offered their compensation. I will rest on this matter and have upgraded their rating. Good pre and after sales services. Thanks.

Reviews that are at 3-star and below will not get published no matter how constructive your criticisms are. The T&Cs of vouchers can also change abruptly after being bought and the changes are always in favor of the vendors.

Irresponsible company and does not honour the purchases made. Forget about writing to them because it doesn't help at all. Use the app at your own risk.

This apps will steal your money, please beware. Like previous reviewer, bought a voucher from groupon but once installing this apps, I can not access my voucher. And the CS just ignore me, really lousy service.

Previous Groupon deals not supported. Disappointing. Should honour and support our previous purchases.
