App worked a treat, no problems at all... though maybe a bit of a tip for other customers... Confirm you're at the restaurant a few mins before you arrive as I'm pretty sure they only start preparing your order when you press that button. Only had to wait 2-3 mins in store but went smoothly. Also for app devs - I received 2 "You're all checked in" emails

Put an order through, really easy to use. But had to drive to the store twice cause the numbskull at the store didn't give me the full order. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling an express app when I was missing half the items. And get this after the second trip, came home and no sauces. What is so hard about filling a check list of orders. Bloody pathetic, three trips to KFC just to get one order right.

App worked fine, Kfc pagewood in Sydney failed completely. Didn't get the order and when we arrived they made us stand around for 15 minutes waiting, and then they got the order wrong. Seriously lame. Maybe test your app first?

App is easy to use. Allows you to choose pickup in store or drive thru. You can access the specials in the app, like the ones you used to get in the voucher sheets in your junk mail years ago. Will be using the app from now on. Two thumbs up from me!

This is awesome. It really just helps you skip the ordering in store, so easy to confirm if you're doing a run for a lot of people, knowing exactly what they all want before going. Won't make the actual store any better, but I don't know why people are annoyed at the app for that. The app does what it does really well.

Depending on the shop its not alwoays that reliable. Sometimes I prepay and inform them im going to arrive, and then 20 minutes later when I have arrive at the shop, I find that they havent processed my order at all. Might as well just do a traditional walk in order.

Works and does what it says but minor bugs like. Keyboard covers save button so I can't save fav orders and have to enter from scratch each time. Looks unfinished vs the apple version. I always get asked to pay again on collection.

Totally useless in Far North Queensland. I understand Collins Food Group runs Qld so is managed seperately to the rest of Australia, but app integration should be seamless within the brand!

For the most part its a great app, does everything you need it to. However, thats because I already have one store "bookmarked". Trying to search for new stores now just results in the app crashing. If I didnt already have the one store bookmarked, and the app crashed on search, then it would be completely useless.

Doesn't remember fav restaurant. Have to search every time. Would prefer paypal option. Glitchy. No cancel order button when i change my mind. $1 chips is only reason i use it!

App sends phone vibranting notifications FAR too often (disabled). App is incompatible with screen overlays (like twilight), had to disable my other app.. then it crashed trying to find location. Said my local store was open until 7pm .. it's closed for renovations. Poor form, not what i expected at all.

So many cheap deals that are exclusive to the app. For a large family KFC was too expensive for us...... with the app we save an average of $30 per order. Well done

The stores let you down, they need more training to be able to follow through properly. I had to order twice the other night at lake haven, one on my way there and then one at the window because they 'lost' the first order.

Great app works perfect but for the idiots giving the app 1 star because of the store thats abit harsh as its to review the app not a particular kfc store! Instead of complaining on here maybe complain and give 1 star in store?

ALL THE SIDES AND THE REST OF THE MENU WE LOVE IT ALL. THE APP IS GREAT, EVEN THE EXPRESS KFC FOR CERTAIN STORES EVEN BETTER, ORDER PRIOR TO PI K UP, STORE LOCATION FINDER SHOP OPENING HOURS ALL QUITE WELL FUNCTIONING... PERFECT

There are only a very small number of stores supported by the app in WA, making it a pointless endeavour.

Heidelberg KFC won't serve you after 10pm if you're not in a car, even though the app lets you order. App needs an update to warn people about that to avoid disappointment.

This app likes to do its own thing sometimes and confirms an order without my interaction. Also 75% of the time I go to pick up my order it hasn't gone though at my stores end.

App worked well. Had no problems finding what I wanted or processing the payment. My problem came after checking in to the store, watching my number on the order screen come and go after waiting for 20 minutes, and still no order prepared. After finally getting the attention of one of the staff, I was told that I was supposed to let them know my order number at the register. So I line up for the register (which defeats the purpose of 'express') and explain to them that I ordered and paid on the app. They can't find my order number so they put it through the register and wanted me to pay. I reminded and showed them that I had already paid. After half an hour of initially putting my order through the app, I finally had my food. As I mentioned, no problems at all with the app itself, just that I think the staff need more training on app orders.

Burgers getting smaller. Prices keep going up . Don't get coupons in mail anymore. Deals on this app are sh!t house. I prefer to make my own its not hard and a sh!t load cheaper . Just another rip off American company f#cking Australia

The 2 restaurants I would go to either aren't on the map at all or xpress isn't available yet. Kinda useless. Either have the stores ready or don't release the app.

Not ready to be worth bothering with yet. Of the nearest thirteen stores to me only one take orders from the app yet, and based on their dismal performance that seems to be news to them! They clearly had no idea what they're doing. Why bother releasing an app for a system that's obviously not ready?

I want to order a Giant Feast freshly cooked on Xmas Eve it has taken me an hour to get this far . I have tried to contact Salisbury and also Mawson Lakes with no luck. This is going to be our Xmas dinner for my 89 year old mum because its what she loves. I would like it all freshly cooked not all the leftovers. How can I pre order on Xmas Eve and not get leftovers. Thank You

Coming from a 23 year old I found this app extremly easy to use for my first time! Very good app! However when I got to the store they hadn't processed my order even though there was only one other order there. So it wasn't very "Xpress"! We would go through the drive through next time as others got their orders much faster than we did.

App worked well, very easy to use and order, however still took 25 minutes from arrival time to get my order, so common at this restaurant. Definitely need to confirm arrival before attending to save time. All up 30 minute wait from placing order and paying via app

I had the app for precisely as long as it took to realise that only one store in the ACT actually has the express option. If I'm paying in store I may as well order in store. Still hasn't rolled out to any other stores in the capital city. What's the hold up KFC?

This app is OK but store gets orders wrong and you can't cancel an order once placed or edit it before it's even made yet it's not hard to make an order that's written on a screen KFC work are too young and can't read yet lol

What a waste of data! The app wouldn't let me look at the menu. Every store I selected said Xpress Not Available.

In the whole Sunshine Cost not 1 store has this option availble so the app is pretty pointless and not worth the download if you live on the coast. Will be deleting it and unsubscribing. :(
