SOFCOT 2017

Le 92ème Congrès de la SOFCOT en Novembre 2017 sera marqué par l’innovation :

L’innovation technologique car le congrès aura pour thème l’arrivée du numérique dans nos salles d’opération. Et sous toutes ses formes : salles hybrides (scanner ou IRM en salle d’opération), tablettes numériques stérilisables, logiciels de gestion, d’aide à la décision, de planning préopératoire, chirurgie assistée par ordinateur, réalité augmentée, simulateurs, modèle 3D du patient, échographie 4D etc. Ces technologies numériques vont révolutionner nos salles d’opération dans les années et décennies à venir. L’orthopédie est une spécialité qui se prête très bien à ces applications et il n’est donc pas vain de vouloir être un peu futuriste en 2017. The 92th Congress of the SOFCOT in November 2017 will be marked by innovation:

Technological innovation because Congress will subject the arrival of digital technology in our operating rooms. And in all its forms: hybrid rooms (CT or MRI in the operating room), digital tablets sterilizable, management software, decision support, preoperative planning, computer assisted surgery, augmented reality, simulators, 3D model patient, 4D ultrasound etc. These digital technologies will revolutionize our operating rooms in the years and decades to come. Orthopedics is a specialty that is well suited to these applications and it is not futile to try to be a bit futuristic in 2017.
