Metronome

One complaint/suggestion/request: while I love the tempo slider, I would like the ability to manually enter a tempo if I need precision, would save time, or better yet, fine adjustment buttons that shift tempo up or down 1 BPM each time you hit it, perhaps even a .5, 1, and 5 button set. Edit: Wait. I'm an idiot, already implemented, just in a weird spot

This is perfect companion for the Guitar Aerobics book. The possibilty to set subbeats has proven useful. There's one UI problem, though. In the Accelerando slider the value display ("0.5BPM/bar") is always under the thumb when adjusting the value. So you have to "blindly" adjust the slider and then lift your thumb to see the value. It would be nice to run the app in the background. I would like to read tabs on another app and use the metronome at the same time, but this isn't currently supported.

Works great. Simple enough for my beginner students and their parents (non musicians) to understand. Wish it was louder, but that's my phone's limitations, not the app. Will recommend to my students, especially those who can't afford an actual pendulum metronome. Love, also, that it is an app, on my phone, so it's always with me if I need to use it or show it to someone.

Don't know if it did this a couple of months ago when I used your app then. Today I set the metronome speed for eg 130 bps and as it is beating the speed is gradually dropping 1 beat at a time. Within a couple seconds the speed is now about 126 bps! How do I maintain the speed? Useless otherwise. Will give a 5* rating when fixed. Thanks.

It might looks messy on the pics but I really appreciate how easy it is to use. And the functions are so extensive, which are hardly found anywhere else. I really like the tap-your-own-beat function when I simply have a tempo in mind but don't know its rates value!

A metronome that i can use and had no need of permission to see my files or pictures. I like it simply for those two things. It also keeps a steady beat and can break the measures down into sub beats too. Very useful.

The picture of the metronome seems a bit awkward, at forst i though it wasnt right even. Alright app, but ive still found other metronomes i liked more.

Easily the best metronome on Play Store. You can literally create click tracks with this by simply muting some of the notes. Not to mention you can technically go past the 310bpm limit by simply adding the sub notes. If I could rate it 100 stars I would :).

I needed a metronome and couldn't buy a real one so I got this one for free and its perfect, easy to use, helpful and has a great amount of volume and can easily hear it even if I'm playing fortissimo (ff). But I do think I would be helpful to make the slide thing move above your finger cos I have to guess when I got it right but any who ... AWESOME APP. I also like the fact that there are no add and it never makes my phone go to sleep. I also love the fact that you can change the clicking sound!

Keuwlsoft creates the​ best apps on google play store. Few others match their quality. Does the least 'spying', Ads non-intrusive, most prevent dreaded 'sleep' mode. No surprise pop-ups tricking you to download junk malware apps. Can't wait for Keuwlsoft's next invention!

I think the tap tempo function can be improved by adding an average function of the last X taps. If you are tapping with a song in mind it might be very dificult to get the tempo right.

Good app. In fact very pleased with functionality. But it only works as long as phone is unlocked. With screen being on all this time, phone heats up and battery drains.

This is the best metronome I found. It had the visual notes and the beat was right (surprisingly that was a problem for some).

I love this app.this app doesn't ask me about permission to access WiFi or camera or so on no add too. And easy to work with too. I recommend this app for any one who wants metronome. Thanks

After working fine it suddenly got slower. So I deleted and reinstalled and it works fine again.

No option to turn off screen because app silences when doing so. Some other apps will continue to click. Screen off means saving battery. Very nice interface otherwise.

I have to use metronomes a lot and I love the way where you can actually put in the time signature. It has a really nice layout and interface design and its not as akward as you see in the photos. So much better than Metronome Beats

My battery gets drained so fast using this app, and all it really needs to be doing is activating the speakers. I don't get it, and it's kind of annoying to have my phone die mid practice all the time.

I use it close to a year by now. But after a while, the animation an the sound get out of sync. For me, this os a major issue. The fix is to stop/restart the beat, but it is ennoying enough to look for an alternative.

Works as advertised -- other metronome apps are mostly useless due to low accuracy, lag, ads or lack of features. This metronome is simply the best.

I've tried a few metronome apps, some good and some bad but this has to be the best for my needs. It has all the features nicely laid out and simple to use. If I was looking for any additional features it would be to be able to create a list of saved settings. I.e. one for each song in a play list. Thanks for a great app.

Great app. It does exactly what it says on the tin and then a bit more. This is my new metronome. I use it for my drumming practice. The UI is clear, concise and intuitive. A very intelligent and elegant design. Check out other apps from this great developer, they are all brilliant.

A lot of metronome in google play is not working. Ive try a lot of metronome but it doesnt work!!

Does exactly what I need it to do and doesn't need access to my information. Hope to see more apps like this!

This is the best & probably the smallest (file size-wise) metronome for android I could find. Too bad it dees't run on the background. Looking forward to its updates. Will ditch the other metronome once it runs on the background.

Easy to use and practical! Was not looking for anything fancy. Like the classic look that works well as a good visual cue. It serves its purpose quite well for guitar practice. Like the fact that it does not need to link to other phone apps.

I tried a bunch of similar apps. This one is simply the best, because it organize most feature in a GUI, rather than forcing me to dig into setting menu. This is especially important for my 9-year-old.

It leaves the screen on as long a the app is open and it uses a ridiculous amount of battery life.
