Audio Frequency Counter for Android
App is too good. I would just like to have additional feature-to record the waveform and view it again with zoom in out function..
very inaccurate. try to 'sing' a 400hz tone.... updates are slow. no reference at all to measure anything. no
The only problems I had is that it doesn't work on Android 7.0
Very accurate(because it can be calibrated).
Good, simple app
Best thing of its kind, gets the job done
Amazing app and improve more
Awesome app!
Love all the tools from this dev!
Very good and accurate Hz
I made a wire that feeds the output audio from my Geiger counter into the mic input on my phone. I was then able to use this app to count the incoming clicks in both Hz (clicks per second) as well as a nice total clicks counter. For example if I get a sample that gives me a reading of 75Hz, I can work out by multiplying the frequency by 60 that it's giving off 4500 counts per minuet. I'm very happy I found this app. What a gem.
I use this FC to measure signal frequency responses, testing continuous sine tone from in car and home subwoofers. I Have to admit it's accuracy performed well against my usual lcd oscilloscope. Not bad for an app, and weighs allot less than my oscilloscope! FREE TOO!
Anyone can see the superiority of this app by checking it. Just Download some frequencies like 8.0kHz from internet and play it in another mobile phone and bring the phone to the speaker. We can see the magic. L♡VED IT
Awesome. It picks up low noise from across the room. Can't wait to try it out on spooky stiff
Najlepsza seria przyrzadow pomiarowych na Androida w historii Google !
Cant understand any thing.... you should make the app user friendly
If you know what this app is used for and understand what information it is giving you, its a first rate app. Does exactly what its supposed to do, and does it very well, very accurate. Five Star application.
Thank you for very useful app. it's accrue, useful and exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again, God bless you.
Had an issue with google ad covering the control buttons reported it here and the issue got fixed within 48 hours. App is AMAZING. LOVE IT !!
I have a Kenwood TS570-D. The CW sidetone generator is 800 Hz. This app shows 800.1 Hz. Nice!!
Works pretty well. Tried it for diffrent sounds also...it is goog.
Simply determine frequency, good to use, very handy for anyone in audio or electronics.
Its fun see own voice and background noise
Like when I was playing with the oscilloscope :D
...important for me. Can anyone pass me the number who made this.. Urgent
Thanks for easy interface and work well.
Great for testing your mic for clipping, etc.
It is better to think about full screen landscape orientation.
Works a treat!
work fine (with low outcome sound )
Useful at my studio and friendly
Just an outstanding app!!!! * 44100 Hz sampling rate * Max frequencies up to 22050 Hz (1/2 sampling rate) * 8192 samples per spectrum * ~5.4 Hz Resolution per point * Peak Detect of whole spectrum and your local window * Pinch to Zoom * Tap to Pause * Max Hold. I LOVE IT !!!
Was using this to test Motorola quick call fire tones and it got them with in a+ - 4hz range testing was done with a ht1250 radio a uniden scanner and a zte phone
Was building a branch resonator for the new exhaust on my truck, and this helped me nail down the resonant frequency. Pretty accurate too!
Works as described, can't verify accuracy.
Drum mode = Capture a hit, analyze the loudest part, show the frequency and the closest note + also freeze the values until the next hit is captured.
Very good for HZ. Measurements and tuning, ,try external microphones plugins .
Just wanted to determine the freq of the hum on my Sansui quad. Was it 60hz or 120hz? Showed to be 120hz
Works perfectly for determining the side tone frequency and zero beating a CW signal.

It works great I tested it and it great
