Kerala matrimony agents are cheaters they calls and irritates u for becomg paid member. Once u pay them they never picksup your call for any service related issues. They give fake offers wch never exist and manipulate it later when we ask it. Pls dont get trapped by paying for this site.

I like this app but i have problems with this app same time.when ever i visit any profliles and press back button,the app crashes itself and starts from the beginning.waste of time.its irritating that i have to start from the first,every time.simply the back button does not work for the last 3 months.i sent feedback through app,but no one took any action on it...

Waste of time and money. Admin doing changes in our profile with out our knowledge. Lots of fake id too.

There is some bugs 1. once I reached maximum limit of messages it never resets next day , i have to call help center. 2. When searching for profiles filtered by criteria it show 10 to 20 profiles matching the filter after it shows all profiles. This is not a rating for Kerala matrimony customer service it is only for the app.

Not able to scroll down all contacts in sent messages list. It is automatically scrolling up after 5 seconds.. Frustrated... I cleared down the app data as per customer support man's advice, now before logging-in it is asking a mandatory new permission for "make and manage phone calls". For what purpose you are asking this permission, it is completely unnecessary. And if I want to login, I should give the permission.. Frustrateddd...... And a new notification tab is displayed, but no notifications...
