Tipped Off is a free, easy to use tip calculator. You can use it to figure out your tip using any percentage and split it between up to 10 people. Tipped off can also round your total or your tip in a variety of ways, and calculate tax separately from your tip.
Tipped Off also has a built in tipping guide that will help you figure out what to tip in a wide variety of situations. For example, it will help you figure out how to tip your hotel concierge or your paperboy, or help you understand what kind of tip is expected from you in China or at an Irish pub.

I looked thru tip calc apps for an hour before I found one that let me enter a tax AMOUNT instead of just a tax % !!!!! I travel a lot & don't know local tax RATES but I know the tax AMOUNT that shows up on the bill. This app is a keeper.

Display is mangled on the Galaxy S3 display. Top buttons don't display correctly, and labels can't be read. The "Number in Party" can't be set to 1 (why???). It appears the 3d page once had useful information on tipping, but current page isn't of much use, and could be removed.
