Proximity Tag for Android 4.3

This application does not work on Note 2 with 4.3 Android. The directions in the app contradict the directions on the Kensington website for both fob and tag. You are supposed to push small but on until green light blinks then let go and you hear the little melody. Except this app will not connect to the tag. There is another app by Kensington called Proximo and it works fine, except it is not compatible with my phone (works fine on my S3 or iPhone). I assume that this is abandoned attempt by Kensington.

Wont work with my LG SMARTPHONE

This works on my Samsung note 3 running 442. But sometimes I have to reboot the phone in order to connect and find my keys. Sometimes the app crashes. All in all not nearly what I hoped for. On the plus side the range is very good when it does work. Disappointing that you cannot use multiple tags. Pairing was also a problem, the device would only pair after reinstalling battery, not just by pressing the button and getting the red flashing led. The other versions on the play store did not work at all.

Utterly useless garbage, definitely a big swindle. I wish I'd done more research on this product before purchasing. Absolutely rubbish

No support for the app and key fob. Wasted $60 on this useless piece of plastic and it does nothing for my phone. DO NOT BUY THIS. DONT SUPPORT THEM IF THEY DONT SUPOPRT YOU

The tag beeps with a green light when the battery is inserted or removed. Beyond that it does nothing. I've read the "directions" (really more like a pictoral haiku) repeatedly and followed them carefully. This thing is useless, it will not pair, or even go into pairing mode.

Does not work. Update, The app now force closes after I gave bad review. Go F yourself kensington. Dawn Blade, the only one with a positive review, is obviously a made up profile by some ahole that works for kensington

Literally nothing works, it dies both on Sony Experia and Samsung SGII .. Don't waste your money on the product, reclaim it immediately.

Won't find tags when scanning. Tags pair with a phone if you use the system Bluetooth tool, but the app won't connect to them even though they show up as registered tags. Useless product.

Crashes constantly!

S4 with 4.4. I bought a tag; the small round one. It 'ticks' coincident with a green LED blinking as soon as the battery is in. The small button seems to do nothing. I held it down for a minute with no change. I can see a red led come on for a 'nanosecond' as I insert the battery sometimes so I know its capable of Red. I can also see the device if I scan Bluetooth. This appears to be very poor software. If anyone has any USEFUL tips or help let me know.

The ones reporting the app force closing didn't follow the quick start guide in the instructions. You press the '+' on the app itself, then hold your tag's front button until it makes a double beep. It will make a single beep first. Ignore that for the startup. Then select the device and add it to the app to synchronize. I hope that helps.

This only allows 1 device at a time. It keeps disconnecting. . Very limited options or controls. No troubleshooting identification.

Doesn't work

No options, disconnects, unreliable
