Work Around did work.. Just updated this app, since last night for 6.01 compatibility.. Account synced on iPhone 6 and a HTC 10, 6.01. Paired with router and all functions work. Just a slight lag between functions... Thanks Ted!

Server never constant always down and no connectivity message can't use a different app because kenmore codes are a big secret. This app is a big let down.

AC is good, but I gave the app two stars because it works 40% of the time. It has lots of connection problems/server down.

nothing smart about it. had to attempt 12 times to install and it constantly crashes. now i finally get it to connect but it keeps having issues with changing settings. same notification of "sorry this is taking longer than expected" useless app. samsung galaxy S6

I am able to connect again but the same problem persists. The app doesn't know if my AC is on or off, so I cant really do anything. It says it has trouble connecting.

This app does not work. Sears admits it. One of the reasons I bought this AC was to be able to turn it on before I got home. Someone should sue Sears.

Trying to connect kenmore elite model 77082 to wifi. After selecting Air conditioner in wifi settings and going back to the app it gives me warning that i need to enable wifi.

I love this app! Setup could confuse some - connect to AC WiFi, configure it, switch back to your WiFi - but more importantly, wait a day for AC unit to link with your Kenmore account solves initial config woes. As these use WiFi, I "rebooted" the AC unit by unplugging the power to solve a connection issue. If Internet is down, this app won't work either. Experienced first server issue this weekend - it was back up Monday.
