息-人生階段

「息」是生命週期中主要原素之一！本集收集了聖經中有論述「安息」的經文。
「生」、「老」、「病」、「息」可算是人生中無可避免的歷程。
我害怕死亡，又可怎樣？人死後可有另一個生命嗎？天堂是否不過是我們一廂情願卻又脫離現實的假想呢？我身邊不少摯友親朋都相繼離世，所帶來自身的孤獨，我能如何面對？當中內心的起伏真叫我不堪忍受，自殺會是出路嗎？
我們如何面對人生起伏？面對難處時，怎可能無間地讚美上帝？人世間充滿了諸多紛擾，人往往迷失了方向，我怎樣勉勵他們？喜與憂，該以甚麼途徑跟別人分享？
我們深信，答案就在聖經裡！此刻就提起勁來，彼此探究人生階段之「息」。
