The loading icon comes up and nothing loads. The worst thing is you can't do anything else. I let it run for 10 minutes and nothing happens. I have tried this on several different networks with the same results. I have a Samsung Note 4, which is slouch in the performance department, and have no problems with network intensive programs like Netflix. From reading the reviews one gets the feeling that the Kelby Organization doesn't care about the Android Community.

I have andriod 5.0, tried installing several times. Just says "loading". I had it working in past (between phone updates at some point). Its too bad its a very useful app. I don't watch otherwise.

This app was very buggy and was nearly unusable on my old Note 4. I now have the Note 5 and decided to give it a try. It won't even load the videos! Just a white screen with "loading" in the middle. Uninstalling until this gets fixed. I love you guys at Kelby but this is embarrassing! Please fix because your videos are great and I would love to have them on the road.

Sadly this is part of a paid service and is left broken. Worse still, Kelby does not respond to user questions. Be better, Scott Kelby, be better.

It's to bad. Content is good but the app is unusable. For sone dumb reason I came back. Hoped they fixed it. Obviously they don't care the app sucks. Going to cancel again never to return.

The circle of death during loading. It won't connect to the servers... I sent an email to them and still no response. They have some great content, but,apparently could careless about this app. Very disappointed. Still not working. 7dec15 7jan16

I have a Galaxy Tab 4 & a galaxy s5 and it doesn't work on any of them. The main page just keeps trying to load and never does. If the app isn't ready it shouldn't be in the Play Store.

Four months this application has been broken. I've even inquired about it on the main site support and was ignored. Screw it, I'm going to one star review this app. They have effectively abandoned it; the least they could do is tell us.

Only get a loading circle on my tablet. Why is this app even out there? Would sure expect more from Kelby Training.

I will not continuing subscribing if you can't get your act together and make a decent app that works.

This app is horrible. It feels like a first generation iPhone app... the website is horrible also.. Update: the content does not load. The app is useless.

This app used to work great but something changed either with the app or with lollipop android update, as now it just shows loading and never proceeds beyond it. :(

Started my subscription knowing it would crash, but since November it has not worked. Use online or go to someone else. YOU NEED TOFIX THIS KELBYONE!!!

The App does not work at all! Simply hangs! "LOADING"

It seems to take a VERY long time to download, sometimes I leave it over night and still nothing downloaded.

Horrible app that has never worked. Kelby has some great material, but doesn't seem interested in getting the app fixed for it's customers. I've complained several times and all they have said is they are working on it.

Just get a perpetual 'loading' circle and can't even log in, let alone use the app.

Starts with SSL errors, then loading Circle of death. Completely unusable. Such a shame as the courses are really great.

On opening the app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 running Android 5, or my Samsung Galaxy S5 running Android 5, it sits saying "loading" and never actually loads. I remember how good the iOS app was years ago, so it surprised me that the android app wasn't equally good. Hopefully they fix it, because the Kelby One content is outstanding.

I start the app, and all I get is a spinning icon that goes on forever. I let it go overnight and nothing. Uninstalled!

I joined KelbyOne for the training videos and for the advertised functionality of this app - so I could take videos with me to watch offline. I do that with my "Great Courses", with Amazon Prime movies on my Kindle Fire, and books from my Audible subscription. KelbyOne says this app will let you watch their training videos on an airplane, or other "offline" places. It appears that this functionality was misrepresented. I downloaded some videos, but without an active internet connection, the app will not get past "loading" when launched, even if I want to play the videos I've already downloaded. If you want to download videos over a WiFi connection and then watch them without using up your wireless data, this might work, but it's not "offline" viewing as it was described. When I finally did get an internet connection after a week in the woods, this app let me watch my downloaded videos but crashed every few minutes.

I downloaded it several times tried with four phones never opened just sits there and gives a spinning status symbol. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Nothing loads. I've never seen a worse app

The courses are goood but the app is just bad. It constantly crashes, plus I can't download any of the courses properly. Whenever my connection becomes even just a little weak or unstable, the download just stops and resets to 0.

The beta versions worked on my sm-t 3330u. None of current versions work at all. This one at least tries to load the video and then stops. One of previous version would work, if I installed it and used it right away. To use it again...uninstall, re install, play.

For twenty bucks a month Scott kelby should fix this app. Crashes all the time then does not save your place... I would like to watch on my tablet but almost impossible. Please fix

Thirty minutes after entering the password it's still loading. Waste of time. Worthless!

Doesn't launch on my tablet (Acer Iconatab). At least it seems fixed on my phone. But who wants to watch videos on a 4" screen? I generously upgraded to 2 stars because the phone works. Lots more fixing to do!

Still stops (crashes) occasionally on my nexus 7. But less often than before. A better experience than watching through chrome. Could use a history fiction though.

Simple it crashes, easy enough to go to the website.

App crashes every time you log in, making it useless. PLEASE FIX paying customers

Cannot get passed the login screen. Keyboard comes up but what is typed or selected does not ever appesr on the pop up...reinstslled twice but problem persists. Kelby Inc insists that everyone should buy apple products... their inability to create an android app worth using shows through....

Really wish it had chromecast support.

Please pay attention to your app! Crashes, no bookmark, no way to get back to the video you've been watching... these complaints are what I'd expect to make in 2009. Modern apps work much better than this.
