Kelam Dergi 10 Ekim 2017 tarihinde yayın hayatına başlamış bir elektronik dergidir. E-dergi olmasının sebebi paramız olmadığından değil, şiire ve edebiyata değer biçemediğimizdendir. Böyle desek de inanma tabii. Bizde isterdik evinizin bir köşesinde öylece duran bir dergi olabilmeyi. Üzgünüz arkadaş, olmadı.
