Bought one for myself, my husband, and my niece. My husband is 6'6 260lbs and it won't let him put above 230. My birthday is June 28 and it won't let me go above June 23. It unsyncs while the phone is next to the watch. It sends me a notification for every step I take. At least the time is accurate... For now. Not satisfied at all and I was planning on buying 4 more for Christmas presents on Fri. Will be returning these.

My son bought me this watch for Christmas and I was eager to get it up and going just for his sake. This app completely ruined to entire experience. It sucks. It crashes, it disconnects for no reason, it renders the smart features of the watch useless. The watch also tries to stay connected to an online data source which makes no sense. It makes me wonder why since it uses Bluetooth to communicate with the phone.

Failed to sync with phone (Galaxy S4 Android 4.4.2)... I had such high hopes... I'm not sure if it's the app or the watch but when I hit the retry button on the watch it crashes the app on my phone rendering the messaging app on the watch useless. .. I cant even send a preset message!! Will this be fixed!?!? Please respond Dev team? And I will change my rating if the issue is fixed.

This piece of crap isn't even worth spending the time to even look at. Keep moving as fast as you can!!! Doesn't even deserve 1 star, but, you can't give a -10 star rating.

So my music won't sync, can't put my real weight in there. Can't send anything but a preset text.very disappointing. I don't ever but my self stuff so I put this on layaway and when I got it out I am very dissapointed and let down.. I'll take it back tomorrow..

Watch locks up, does not sync regularly and notifications do not come through. Would be great if i could set which notifications i want to receive. Battery died too quick also.

I liked I could change my music but can't pause or use volume control. It would be nice for my use with barely anything to sync but the damn app won't leave the pedo page for me to set it up I liked it now that the app is crap and it can't fully serve me I think I'll order on amazon

It works good auto fill in health although everyone we want to manually put in data. It won't manually synce and this have it able but this do need update and fixed

App crashes every time I've opened it. The watch will disconnect if the phone is further than my back pocket. I couldn't even lay my phone on my dresser and lay down in bed without it disconnecting. Steps are WAY off compared to Fitbit. I was excited to have a watch to use with my phone but I hate that the messages do not show up in notification. You have to back out and go to a new page to read messages and even then you can't respond with anything other than a few preset options. Calling feature works

We're in that brave new world where you have to review the app before you purchase the hardware. The hardware isn't bad for the price of less than $50, but the sw limits the capability. Weight limits in personalization mentioned it other reviews, lack of granularity in setting notifications (blocking them on the watch still consumes phone battery life )... needs work.

I like it but i cant put my true weight in so is this for people thats already physically fit??smdh. Im trying to get there but not letting me put in a bigger weight is just offensive. I may get go get my money back!

It's ok but it won't let me change my text messages I don't want just that I want my own notifications to send instead of sorry thank you and all that I want to put my own words up there

Ok I'm thinking of returning my watch tomorrow as this app will not let me go above 229 in wt. So unless i here from the app people this is going back to wal mart.

I would! This product is crap. Got it for christmas, and was really excited to use it. It wouldnt stay connected and my phone was right next to it. On top of it, it caused my galaxy 7 edge to play music from somewhere and I had to power down my phone to shut it off even after disconnecting (a not so) smart device. What a waste of 50.00. Taking mine back to store in the morning. It was my large gift at that. :( totally bummed.

A waste of time and money! It kept yelling at me that my phone was lost when it was right next to me. When I was on a call, it beeped loudly during the call and I couldn't hear the other person. It wouldn't let me put in 263 lbs which is stupid. It said I had messages when I didn't.

Got the smart watch as an early xmas gift from my hubby. You can't send text messages, only a few template messages. You get a notification for every little thing you do on your phone, like turning on the flashlight. Don't waste your hard earned money.

The app works fine but unnecessary in my opinion. This app is essentially a companion app for the i-tech smartwatch and isn't required for the smartwatch to communicate with the smartphone. You can connect the smartwatch to the smartphone simply by activating Bluetooth on your smartphone and on the smartwatch, the app just records stats that you could find easily on the smartwatch.

Its generic and you can't actually text it's just 5 pre set messages and 4 emojis.
