Very poor app , it's not compatible with No.1 G8 , no face watches available or weather app , you can't use it for No.1 G8 at all it useless , customer service isn't helping at all tried to email few times and no reply . dislike useless

App won't install anymore, and it worked very badly before. Too bad it is critical for some Chinese smart watches, no wonder it's cheap!

App shows logo page then white screen and then dies.

Guys can you meet me half way and actually provide a box to tick to agree with terms?! I can't register as there is no way to agree to terms ? Thanks

3rd Rate Garbage for a Garbage Device. Been Using this App & GT88 for over a year. Nothing but sync problems & the watch loses most functionality over time (the HR Monitor stopped working a while back)

Please do not give option of metric if it will not stay on the app it's very frustrating. Every time I choose metric it goes back to imperial next time I look. Fix it or don't give the option.

This app worked fine with my smartwatch the first day. But now the Data does not sync!!!!!!! It's a completely useless app. I can't see my steps, nor my heart rate data.

Cannot register my device through the app so there is no data being synced. No response from company. A waste of time and money. I will be returning it and giving a poor review on amazon. IT IS A PIECE OF TRASH!!!!!

The app was great. Then one-day it changed. The app flashed off n on I deleted it and 're installed. It's not working now. I lovevthe app. Plz fix it .

Junk. The app has four personal settings. It will allow me to select sex and birthdate. The latter only after scrolling back month by month year after year. Why not just allow me to type it in like a normal site? Also, it does not register height and weight properly. Again, you can't type in your information, it has a bunch on nonsense random numbers to choose from. Once you choose the one closest to your preferred option and select enter, it changes it to something obscenely wrong. I tried selecting a weight near 230 lbs and it said it was saving only to show something like 556 lbs. I tried to select a height near 74 inches because apparently using feet and inches only happens in the US. It said I was only 29 inches tall. So 29 inches and 556 lbs.... There's something seriously wrong with that. If they fix it, I'll update, but from now it doesn't even sync with the watch properly either. It just says no data synchronization.

Sucks battery life. This ap does very basic functions, but the sync and blue tooth sucks the battery down so fast, it is not worth keeping.

Can you stop sending the voice to the watch when i answer a call. Because i dont want to take my private calls in public.

Won't link with the device. Crashes each time the app is opened. How can anyone make such a worthless app which has rendered the device useless as well? Please update the app asap

I changed my phone to a nexus running android 7.1.2 and notifications on my watch no longer have any details only the app name and time. Please fix. Thanks

This app is garbage.. does not sync.. can open or reply texts ..horrible..

Since the last update I cannot open the app or sync my data. If it gets fixed I'll change my rating.

It works great for me but I wish it would not auto answer calls it can get annoying

This app is a joke. Does nothing it says it does. 75%of the functions don't work. Returning watch as well. K88H same problems some features work most dont.

After update 17 July 2017 if crash on start, do clear cache+data from app mngr.

You need to fix the unit selection (it only displays the imperial system, even if metric is selected). Also, you need to allow it to display other vxp files /watch faces than the default ones...
