I am not able to check my positions nor can I check my account. I though I was my phone's problem. But I have installed this app on at least 6 device I have the same problem.. Please rectify of let us close out accounts and trade on some useful terminals.

Kotak team.. this is a worst app. Not user friendly. Check the meta trader app on real time quotes.. order status. Here login itself will take time

I used this app in my old phone with Android version 4.04. But since the day I bought new phone with Android version 6.0u, it gets logged in. But all other functions do not work. My client code GNJP0. No use of screen shot as there are no error messages. It's only that it doesn't respond any function other than home screen. Date:15 December. My problem is yet not resolved. What screen shot do I send if it logs in perfectly, but doesn't open any function beyond. There's no error message

As compared to IIFL and Money control the app is very slow even for seeing rates u have to log in and to open a menu u have to tap it 4-5 times.

Very slow , many options features like change trading passwords view positions , money transfer ,cannot be viewed , the app developer has done a pathetic job in creatin this app , very slow , not all options can be viewed , please have a look at the apps of competitors like IIFL and Angel broking , were the overall tradin experience is far better than the kotak colt app , give this app -1 out of 10

Sir this APP does not work proper, its never show position n avaliable margin... The app is not even 10% of KOTAK SECURITIES APP. Pls improve it ASAP. My user id is :- DEEPA_1977.

Has to press mutiple time to open any option..

Wrost app

First of all its automatically log out you in a couple of minutes even if you are active on it. Menu and Tabs are extremely difficult to open. Need big time work on it. My client code is IAHV9.

Kotak commodities app is one of the worst I have used. This is not user friendly, very very difficult to navigate. The menu is too small to tap. Very difficult to search contracts and view old trades. The developers need a good designer for usability design.

Waste app, useless. You can't do anything. Loyal needs to invest into software. Other branded companies have mobile trading software. My experience with kotak is worst.

I am unable to see order status as well as fund status.. my account details are not opening.. very difficult to place order. Kindly update app.. app really horrible to use. Oder status and fund status it is not showing..

The app session expires frequently, even while using the app with good connectivity. No graphs available. kotak sec .app is nice, plz do it like that. yOU CAM MAKE THE USER NAME SAVE OPTION

Unable to login and tried to complain a lot but no proper response from Cust.care team.

Today gold is 26401 but in this app it says 26335. I contacted costumer care but person say it is problem in ur phone uninstall and install It i did but no use. Do something about this app

App is good. Add remember me option in login id and passward

Finally exclusive Commodity trading application with great features. Really helpful to keep in touch with markets when on move!
