by W####:

If the alarm sounded when not showing on my phone instead of that little chime, I would give it 4 stars. The games are mostly great, except some of them quit before my daughter has had the chance to properly play the games, so we just choose the one's she likes. Some of them do the thing automatically that the child's suppose to do. Also, if there was a way to track and look at the results, that would be nice. If these things were fixed it would have five stars.

K70%
by K####:

I love this app! My youngest WOULD NOT take to potty training... I tried stickers, candy, prizes... Nothing was a big enough motivator! This app has a timer you can adjust, which keeps us both on schedule and then gives the child a quick game to play after using the potty. My child loves it and looks forward to the games :) Day 2 and my child is still interested, which is saying something!

K70%
by K####:

My kids associated the timer song for potty time so they were always excited to go potty. It would be nice for the app to offer a button that would allow them to browse and play different games without setting the timer off again. They really enjoyed playing games while on the potty instead of after their try.

K70%
by K####:

Right from the get-go, this is not going to work for me. My son wakes up in the afternoon and goes to bed in the early morning, but the app won't let me set bed time any later than 10 pm. Ridiculous. Not every family gets up at the crack of dawn.

E70%
by E####:

So unfortunate because its a great concept I can't find elsewhere but after all day using it and my daughter working well with it it just stopped working. The idea of positive reinforcement is lost when you can't use the reward you have been using. Don't waste your time, energy or patience.

D70%
by D####:

Wow what an abysmal app. This would be so handy if it did anything other than crash. I can't even sign in before it crashes. It was like this a long time ago when I was first potty training my son and it still hasn't been fixed.

A70%
by A####:

I can't use this program reliably as a reward for using the potty since it crashes most of the time. It is so not worth the meltdowns. The timer only goes off in the morning and then doesn't remind me through out the day.

K70%
by K####:

Great concept, would love it if the app actually worked. Very glitchy, was logged in before and it would crash about every 2-3 mins. I logged out so I wouldn't get notifications over our weekend away, when I tried to log back in nothing would work, tried logging in with Facebook and it said invalid hash something, and it would say "network error" when I tried with my email. I tried with my Wi-Fi and then with just my data. Nothing. Really disappointed

I70%
by I####:

I could never use this app. Anytime I tried to sign in or sign up with a different account it would tell me oops something with the network went wrong. What a joke! My child is ready to potty train noe, not wait till you get your app figured out. Oh well, I don't buy pampers or pull ups, so why use their app. On to a different app I guess.

W70%
by W####:

I can't even use the damn thing. I have had a huggies account since i find out i was pregnant. Every single time i try and log in, and I have tried every single way, facebook, google, yahoo all of them. It gives me "network error" every single tiime.

K70%
by K####:

The app is really cute but it doesn't let me sign in. The only time I was able to use the app was when I sign up. Everytime I try to sign in it tells me I have the wrong password even tho I just chenged it. It sucks that I can't use it. My boy loved when Mickey "called"

K70%
by K####:

Don't waste your time downloading this app! After you sign in it will close everytime with "unfortunately potty time has stopped" it will never let you continue after selecting the gender of your child.

K70%
by K####:

Can't login, either says network error or that the email is already in (I used 4 different emails, comes up each time). When I tried to reset with the website, they said the email is in the wrong format. Trying a different app now.

K70%
by K####:

This app would not let me sign in it keeps giving network error even when I tried to sign in with another email address create a new account basically it fives the same error. Would've loved to check it out I even tried to sign in on Wi-Fi.

K70%
by K####:

Never got to use it. Tried logging in and it said my e mail was already being used and I don't remember ever creating any kind of account. So I did the whole "forgot my password" thing. Then I tried logging in and every single time it would say "network error". I use really looking forward to using it. Not anymore, obviously.

Y70%
by Y####:

Cannot log in, I don't normally write reviews but this app is horrible. It tells me either the email and password are not correct or go as a network error. Is anyone actually still working with the app and paying attention to reviews? It is trash!

N70%
by N####:

My kids were super excited to play a game after using the potty and all it does is freeze up and crash. Please fix it and I will rate it 5 stars.

N70%
by N####:

We LOVED their app 3yrs ago when we potty trained our first but they changed everything. I can't watch her daily/weekly schedule to find a pattern and help her predict the need to potty. I can't edit a selection if she pushed a wrong button. I miss the celebrations they had and the stickers with the hidden 3D scene. This is just completely unhelpful in the day to day training. So disappointed.

N70%
by N####:

App doesn't work. Keeps taking me back to boy or girl screen and doesn't allow me to go any further. I have tried installing several times and always end up uninstalling with in minutes.

N70%
by N####:

This is a horrible app! Everytime I press the yes option it makes my phone freeze. Would not recommend this app to anyone

N70%
by N####:

Would love to have a chart available to look at all the time instead of waiting for a weekly email. Also crashes often.

N70%
by N####:

Good app but had to uninstall because it won't sound the timer if the app is not active so as soon as my screen locks from not using the timer just pushes a silent notification. That does not good.

N70%
by N####:

The alarm doesn't go off as a separate notification sound from my text messages, so it's easy to miss. Also, when you're away from your child (they're at the babysitter or whatever), there's no way to tell the app that. Also, could be handy to have a way to tell the app that the child is taking a nap, so the time between pottying may be longer than normal at those times. Finally, it'd be nice to be able to select if they're wearing panties or pull ups and if they were wet/dry before taking the potty break.

N70%
by N####:

It won't let me create a profile for my now 1 year old. That's upsetting. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

N70%
by N####:

Not bad, but if a timer for physically sitting on the toilet was added (not just a timer between sittings), this app would be great. It does not crash on my phone but I do wish the app size were smaller. I had to uninstall a few apps to accommodate. I would like to see a reward progress chart with virtual stickers and once your child makes progress on the chart, they unlock games and content. It also doesn't give me notifications. It's a good app, but with a few tweaks can be splendid.

Z70%
by Z####:

Would be nice if it ever worked. I have it set to go off every 45 minutes, yesterday the alarm sounded twice all day..and not once so far today. kind of ridiculous. Also would be nice if there was some sort of record for me to look at the end of the day.

B70%
by B####:

I haven't had any crashes, but it doesn't actually sound an alarm if my phone screen fades out; which, on a thirty minute timer, it will. I have to set a backup timer through my phone's clock, so that I can wake the screen up in time for the chime, which my son loves. If it actually worked properly it would be fantastic.

U70%
by U####:

When the timer goes off, you can select whether the child used the potty or not and whether their pants were wet or dry and then they get to play or a reward game. Unfortunately it got stuck about every third time I used it, which is very frustrating for my daughter and for me. You can't look back at the times that she used the potty and whether she was wet or dry or not so there is no way to use the app to tell what kind of progress you are making. Dissapointing.

Z70%
by Z####:

So unfortunate because its a great concept I can't find elsewhere but after all day using it and my daughter working well with it it just stopped working. The idea of positive reinforcement is lost when you can't use the reward you have been using. Don't waste your time, energy or patience.

W70%
by W####:

Every time she goes potty and goes to play her reward game it force closes and says app has stopped working. This makes her sad AND takes away her incentives to go potty thus making it useless for us. I have other timers it wanted it for the reward system

N70%
by N####:

Freezes and quits regularly. No way to indicate when child is napping so you are basically giving inaccurate information about training progress. Games are cool but frustrating when the app "unexpectedly quits." ... I expected a lot better from such a well-known company.

G70%
by G####:

The app freezes constantly, skips asking the " did your child use the potty" or " was your child wet or dry" questions sporadically, and as there is not a chart readily available to keep track of responses, I don't see why it asks anyway. The games are fun, but again, sometimes those freeze as well. Disappointed over all.

T70%
by T####:

It was set for 45 minutes, after every go off it gets less and less time, then it won't let me even adjust it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't work. Fix this and I will give 5 stars

W70%
by W####:

Would be great if it worked without wifi and maybe had some sort of chart to look back on, you know, to get an exact amount of time between potty trips. The app also randomly shuts down after awhile.

A70%
by A####:

Games crash a lot, so I rarely use them. My daughter recognizes the music and it has worked to get her to the toilet. But its the incentive part I was really wanting to use and can't considering it crashes all the time.

N70%
by N####:

Once my screen times out the app shuts off. I have to turn my screen back on to see timer. With that being said I never hear timer go off. Yes I could change the settings on my phone to always keep screen on but that will kill my phone so fast. Wish app would run in background unless I shut it off like a normal alarm/timer ect. I wish I could also see a log of when she went, if she was dry ect.

N70%
by N####:

I am just starting potty training and heard good things about this app. Download it and all it does is freeze up, not let you blow the candle minnie thing, ect. All that seems to work on it is the timer and that is it!

F70%
by F####:

First of all, it crashes after 30 seconds most times. Second of all, it won't let me input my son's birth date. Everytime I go yo change one column of the date, it resets either of the other two. Useless app. Don't waste your time.

D70%
by D####:

I just reinstalled this app hoping it would work better this time. Just like before I click on boy and it crashes. I figured it would help us out like the teeth brushing one. Fix and I'll change my rating and give it another try.

U70%
by U####:

It contstantly freezes and force closes. I've had it less than 1 day and it has crashed 4 times in 3 hours. I expected a better app from Huggies.
