I think it's a good app but some features could be better. I personally would like to be able to add more than one make and model to search at a time. Plus I would like to be able to choose number of seats in advance filter options. Also i think the Blue Book Value should bea tab after the estimate payment to show if I'm getting a good price for the car. Otherwise good app

Load times are really slow, model name and years don't show up well over half the time. The app doesn't seem optimized at all. The images of the vehicles are never centered in the boxes designated for them. You are better off uninstalling this app and going to the website thanks trying to use this.

When I select listings for the type of vehicle I'm researching, the app force closes instead. So, this app will have to serve as an information guide only, which is fine. But they should remove features if they can't offer them as functioning well.

It is so slow to navigate through and once you finally get to the end, instead of showing a value, it makes you navigate through more screens like consumer reviews and safety ratings. If I wanted to research a car I wouldnt use KBB. Cut all that out and just show me the money!

Slow, locks up my phone. It does not work reliably and when it does it is hard to actually get it to find what you want. Seems like just the tool car dealers want you to have!

Thought this would be a good app since it IS Kelley blue book. But it was very slow and the whole time I was using it my phone kept saying the app is not responding and asking if I wanted to close it every time I would click on something. This is the worst app I have ever downloaded!! Uninstalling now!!

So I installed the app. Uninstalled within 5 minutes. Kept freezing up.. fancy graphics are slow and choppy on my note. Kbb plz go back to being basic and simple. Get rid of the company that made your horrible website and app.

Too many ads and surveys in the app. It is much slower in lookong values and info for cars. Previous versions were simple and easy to use. I used to use it as a reference for car specs and looking up options for different cars. Deleting this app and not going to use it again.

Why did they have to go and change a good thing? I like the old set up so much better. It was faster and more efficient. This needs to change. I have always used KBB as a guideline for car buying but this new app is ridiculous.

Crappy again. Previous version finally got it right. Latest app went down from 5 stars to 1 star, and will be deleted. Options pages load so far to the right that it is impossible to read or use them. Seems like the computer version, not like a mobile app. Leave well enough alone!

You have to hunt through photos to find your vehicle. You can't select a vehicle from a list. Doesn't give you all the engine options. My truck came in 3 different engines. Only allowed me to pick one.

Old app allowed me to see values with all the selected add ons, this version has the option to do it but doesn't show screen section when tapped on. Losing faith in kbb. Am only able to price base models. Dumb

This app completely sucks now! Way to hard to navigate and takes absolutely forever. All you get is a pic of the car and you have to guess if it's the right model. I am hugely disappointed as I used to depend on this app. Now it's complete junk.

I have a note 4 which is one of the fastest phones out there. this app runs so slow it makes me want to wait until I get home and get on my desktop which is an i7 and the site still runs slow on that.

Must know the model based strictly on a picture does not tell you the model for instance you can pick Chevy pick type a truck, then its a bunch of pictures of trucks instead of silverado 1500 ext cab or silverado 2500, colorado, etc

Way too many clicks for an app. User interface is slow and choppy. If you minimize the app it resets any query you were in the middle of . Although it works like the kbb website , this is a different medium... and the KBB website has a lot left to be desired

Check mark screen isn't showing right. In the used car features screen it shows the options over to the right extreme only shows 3 or 4 letters. I'd thought they would correct it by now. It's been a year. Nothing an no attempt to fix. ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

Extremely slow. Your battery will die before getting a price. Used to be so fast an reliable. Now it sucks. Way too much clutter going on. Kbb went down hill and I don't see them coming back up. Don't install an don't even try going to the glitchy kbb website. Way too much going on with kbb. They should stick to doing what they're known for. Simple fast quotes. Not no more.

Used to be able to take this app with me to car auctions and quickly look up something that was rolling by. Now it takes unnecessarily long and is often missing models or features. The old app was much more user friendly and accurate.

Too much lag to even find the truck I was looking for. I was looking for a Ford f150 extended cab. It was near impossible to find anything due to it lagging g as much as 5 Seconds after the input from me. Please fix this and I will put to a better rating.

What the hell...you have to pick the model car based on a photo, that may not even look like the year you entered. Is it that difficult to print this info out? Also very slow now. Almost like we are being discouraged from using the app.

I went here because I'm thinking of selling my car, and I'm trying to figure out a good selling rate. This doesn't even let me get past choosing the model of the car! Worthless! And uninstalling. So angry because I really needed this to work.

This app used to be awesome now its search abilities and options are horrible......user friendly it is not.....why did you destroy something that WAS well designed? New design sucks really dont want to use any more.

Ever since the update I don't even use the app anymore, it won't let me choose make and model and the load time takes forever, update the app to work again and I will change my review back to 5 stars

This app is the slowest app I have ever used. Not only that it claims my 2003 4door ford explorer doesn't exist. WTF

Now its impossible just to compare care values and you can't even look up older cars past like 1992. I could have built this for half the price you guys paid your developer of course it would work and not look like a fashion design app

Keeps loading for no apparent reason.. Try to go back a screen? Good luck... App needs work!

Being an app dev myself, I normally don't give apps poor ratings because I know how difficult it can be to get right. But I got so frustrated using yours that I had to. Sluggish UI. Loading indicator doesn't go away sometimes. Honestly looks like an HTML5 hybrid app. Overall very poor experience.

The latest update is horrible. There is so many issue with this update I wouldn't know where to begin. All I can say is try testing your app before releasing it. This app in it's current state isn't even worthy of being a beta release, let alone a final product. Fix it.

Way to difficult. You have to search through every model and year to find the one you are looking for. Because it loads everything you don't need it's really slow. Modifying milage and condition is retarded. Uninstalled. PS. I doubt anyone from the company will read this. But just in case. You're doing it wrong.

Impossible to use spends alot of time loading. ..very clunky. The old one was straight and to the point..click on what you want type in mileage click features done..i dont have time for this crap at an auction.

It's slow, unresponsive, and often times useless. This design is a huge step backwards.

Very useful tool with clean UI, but some bugs. Notably the pop up for zip code would not go away after being entered.

Was a good app, now it lags and the "loading wheel" is constantly on the screen. Needs fixing bad!

It was ok when I first started using it, but then after a few days it became very slow and wouldn't even remember my zip code. It kept crashing whenever I opened it. I like the KBB website, just not the app.

Uninstalled almost immediately. Add for chevy equinox kept popping up while I was trying to use the app not allowing me to pick any options to even complete a search

The interface is really annoying and requires WAY too much scrolling and clicking to price a used car. Once you get your make model and options selected, it produces a vast number of screens you have to swipe through to get to the info your looking for. The web page is faster. If you try to change options or mileage, it crashes without fail.

It's cool to be able to look for cast on a phone but every adjustment to you search takes forever. The only thing it does fast is get annoying.

So slow and it bombards the user with ads. The ads are OK but the issue is that the app is so slow that the apps appear right before the user interacts with the app thus forcing a click on the add. And don't even think about pressing the back button.. it's a joke

I deinstalled this one because its so slow ( I have a new Motorola Droid mini) . I also found it very clunky to handle and when I was trying to pick the make and model of my own car, I had to swipe through a bunch of photos of cars that didn't really resemble mine. Typing it in would have been way easier. KBB is one of the better sources for assessing the value of your car so I put up with a sub-optimal app for that reason
