How do we contact higher authorities to complain. Since changed from kaymu haven't got an access to seller centre till now. Store manager jeeps on saying it's done but it's not.

(Tanzania) Don't waste your time buying in Jumia.. They don't ship purchases..I ordered stuff and I never received nothing despite several follow-ups.. No one was even trying to help. Uninstalling now.. Crap app.
