Kayako Classic for Android
It says connection refused most of the time
Was working until the recent updates.
Shows momentary error message - something about TAG, and quits. No way to notify Kayako Support. Uninstalling.
It works but does not alert you to a new ticket
Is it supported live chat??
Now just awaiting added functionality: auto-refresh times etc
Buggy. Period. Rarely gets updates even though it really needs some attention.
Would be better if you could close tickets from the app.
This app use to work on my nexus 4 with andriod 5. But now with my LG G2 with Android 5 it is not allowing me even to login. Wow i mean not allowing me to login. Seriously this is insane. Within this competitive market you Cannot make such mistakes and survive.
This app does tickets fine. There is no chat feature to answer chat request from your helpdesk.
Can't login at my smartphone Alcatel Android 4.4.4 , the app has ben stoped after click login.. Install/uninstall clear cache not solved
The app just crashes if non https help desk url is provided. Please fix it to work for http protocol.
Android 4.4.2 says your help desk does not trust connection thus cannot login.
I'm using Redmi Note HW1 and using 4.4.2 Android Os, I don't have problem on login screen but after entered my username and password system will kick me out to my home. I tried to clear data and cache but same problem still persists. Hope this issue can be fix and will change the rate later.

We have a kayako enterprise help desk but the Android app won't even install on my Nexus 6p

Use to work well but now its not refreshing data for departments and other ticket properties that should be there. Also crashes when trying to add notes or reply to a users ticket.
It's not a wonderful application but it's fine. It has some bugs and some missing features but it's a nice alternative to using the full Web site.
Development need to check into this. Bug bug bug

I have been using Kayako support software for years, this is a great addition but is lacking tools to actually perform support away from a pc. It desperately needs the pre-defined replies which exist on my companies server installation of Fusion. Additionally, it's impossible to view attachments, it always gives an error. Not to mention that unless you are connected to wifi, it says there's an error logging in, even on LTE 20mb/s!
Is there any plan to add the ability to EDIT custom fields? I see they show up if they are not null, but they cannot be edited. Also this same view in the interface is confusing as there is no visual queue that anything can be edited.

Outgoing replies look fine, but incoming HTML emails are unreadable, they are just a wall of text and even spaces are displayed as  . Long press on a ticket should have some form of menu, or swiping it to the side to close etc. Promising app, but rough around the edges at the moment and not fit for purpose.
Keeps crashing when trying to change ticket status, owner, etc or just does not load the list. Also it won't open custom folders at all.

Shows erron on ticket content: Invalid response.

I have been using this when remote, and found that it does seem to work, but has limitations. For those preparing to try this out, the current version has these problems: (1) Viewing new tickets requires manual refresh (no notifications). (2) Ticket replies are shown in reverse order. (3) Multi-step processes lack progress feedback, so you have to move forward blindly (and hope you don't submit something incomplete). (4) The UI is simple to the point that it is unintuitive, and does not follow the Android standard for many graphical features and behaviors. By mindful of the fact this app is still young, so it will probably be helpful to submit feature requests and issues to their home page.

Would be nice to show the required help desk version prior to downloading it, personal experience with kayako is poor anyway (owned v3 license holder)
When i am going through my tickets, select one and then go back to my list of tickets, it the list will start at the top again. This horrible bug makes it impossible to look through tickets. I have 200 tickets. It should go back to where I was in the list. Otherwise app is great

Hello Kayako team. The app work well as such. But it would be great if you can introduce bulk management of tickets as well.. Hope you consider and implement my request.
