Rexall

I know there have been lots of negative feedback but I have been using tha app for a few years now and it has worked perfectly. All renewal requests went through and perscriptions completed. I have no idea why it did not work with others but honestly my experience was positive. In fact I recently moved and I decided to find another Rexall just because the app was great. I don't know why others had problems but I like it.

Only half of my prescription requests seem to go through. Also adding a few options would make it better: requested pick up time for prescriptions, delivery option, auto refills/ monthly reminders, prescription filled indicator. adjust timing on multiple prescriptions allowing for one monthly pick up. add family members especially for children.

It was working fine and I used it all the time ...now it says no network connection and I have dine connection...

Just downloaded the app this morning and renewed a prescription. All looked great but when I went to the pharmacy they did not have my prescription ready. They checked my file and can see that I ordered the prescription but it was stuck and did not notify the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me not to use the app since it is not reliable. Lol

Some users found it didn't work. I never got that far, it was impossible to register and I am a software engineer.

Good in principle but bad in practice. Hangs constantly when returning to main menu page. Using Samsung S5 with Android Lollipop. Incorrect data for home address and you have to go to your store to correct. WTF. If it is wrong I should be able to correct especially when you have to go through multiple security hoops to log in the first time.

Mine idles in a blank white screen. This app used to work well

I use Rexall all the time and the was excited to see an app I could use for refills and shopping. Sadly, when I got to the screen for ordering refills, the date area will NOT allow me to input December (12) it auto enters 02 and moves on to the year. I filed a bug report and have had no advice on how to correct the issue. Deleting since it doesn't work :(

Couldn't activate it once installed. Kept freezing. Wouldn't recommend

I love Recall, this app is pretty good.

Will not let me complete my birthday information in order to refill prescriptions. It only lets me put in my day and month then the cursor stops. I have deleted and reinstalled many times with no difference.

Can't retrieve profile. Has no medication reminder. Don't waste your time

App says renewals have gone through and the pharmacy doesn't get them. I'm not getting into my other issues with my local Rexall! Dumping the app and the pharmacy.

Low screen reactivity. Can't even scroll down or press buttons.

They email coupons but I cannot get coupons through their app. Which is completely stupid. And everytime I login to the app I am required to jump through hoops to get past the prescription stuff.

Would be an okay app at best even if it didn't randomly crash or freeze or stop working in general. I only use the app to refill prescription and nothing else, better off using the website.

The flyer is difficult to read, and adding prescriptions is more than a little frustrating...quite frankly it's easier to call them in.

Activation code was never sent by email as advised in the setup instructions. Developer required way too much personal information just to send a message to ask for help.

Please allow users to connect multiple family members to an account, especially for those under 18. It appears that there's no way to handle such prescription management through the app or website right now, which makes things needlessly difficult for parents.

Rexall new version Excellent but can not be used by another member of the same family. Have separate email addresses but the app will only accept one. Tried to use the app with another email address but always get an error message. My wife doesn't have a smartphone. Only one person is able to use the app on the same phone. Doesn't make sense...Made a requested to review. Hopefully will be resolved. I can now access my records and my wife's records with this app. Again l must say this app is excellect.

Couldn't even register. Buttons say one thing then ask for another when you click on it.

Renew your prescriptions directly from the app. Nice

Flyer view is really very nice. Refill and transfer from a mobile app. WOW.

At this point it doesn't do anything. Need activation code to view meds - was never one sent out. Basically a doorstop - last thing I need on my smartphone... Will try again if ever fixed
