Password 360

Until I reset my tablet and now it shows I paid for it but once downloaded, it asks for a master key and Nothing I put in works. Customer service replied once, I did what they asked, did not work and they have never responded again. All my passwords and user names are lost

I loved this App for a couple of years, then I upgraded to the Note 7, I could never recover my Passwords. I contacted the developer about the trouble, He had me update to 2 Newer versions, neither of them recovered my passwords. He did refund me for the upgrades, however pushed off the problem to Google. I have yet to ever recover all of my passwords, and I have many. I am certain if I update them myself, again I will enjoy the App, however it is a lot of work to recover them. Now Samsung wants me to turn in my Note 7 again and here I go again. Disappointed I could never recover those passwords.

I originally had a difficult time transferring my files but it actually is pretty easy. You have to create a new master password in your new device then import your files directly into your device's new Password 360 folder (ignore the backup folder inside the password 360 folder it's misleading) . It's a simple matter of moving them then click import and voila! Everything appears!

I have used this app for years now. It has improved with age. My old issue with staying open has long since been fixed. The data also transferred to my new phone this time. Thank you!

It has it's up sides and down sides. I have had it for 5 years.

Master key NEVER works whenever I get a new phone despite that it shows that I paid for the app. I'm downloading something better

Just got a new Galaxy s7 and it worked for 2 days now it won't accept my Master key. Lost everything this stinks

Got a new Samsung 8, my master key isn't working, please advise

I used this app for a couple of years and was OK but upgrade to a galaxy 7 and now it's telling me that I don't have a masterkey and I can't Recover it. Now word from the developer to help!

It was a great app, but with the ease of switching to upgraded phone this is now a Great app! Good job guys.

Upgraded from my note 4 to S7 Edge. Transferred everything onto the new phone. I have the paid version. It would not recognise my password, it says contact the developer..... I did 3 days ago but have not had a reply. I uninstaller and reinstalled but still not working. Still works fine on my Note 4. I will either transfer manually or buy a better password app. Service on this app is rubbish.

Love the app! Huge problem when I switched phones and had to download app all over again. I emailed developers twice and have yet to hear from them. Meanwhile, I'm stuck without ALL my passwords!

After Marshmallow update, app will not even open. Immediately crashes. Email developer with no reaponse. Searching for new password app.

I really like the app, it does what it says it will do and it's easy to use.

Will NOT transfer to a new phone. Would not let me log in on app on new phone. Directions on website were lacking so emailed for help amd got a bland email back with the website that was already not helpful. Now i have to get a new app and manually enter in all passwords again. Hated this app!

Worked like a charm until one day you're locked out and required to purchase the paid version. Which I had to do since all my info here and was dependent on the app. Ugh. But it's a good app

Finally figured out how to transfer to my new phone and it works perfectly.

I had a hard time transferring my info to my new phone. Emailed the developer and got a link with instructions. Followed them, didn't work, emailed again, got DIFFERENT instructions which I wasn't previously given , those didn't work AGAIN. Asked for clarification on what exactly to do and never heard back from anyone AND lost my money for this worthless crap.

Does everything I wanted, and has been trouble free.

This has been a very reliable app. I have had it for a number of years starting back when I had a Blackberry. Now 4-5 phones later I just changed phones again, and I still have 70-80 passwords still saved and secure.

This is one of those aps that actually works and is my most favorite ap I use it all the time a great way to safely store your passwords.

Love it! I was able to restore my passwords after doing a factory reset - so awesome. Installing the pc part was a little daunting but I'm sure the developer would help! I love this app!

I have the paid version and when I put it on a new phone it keeps telling me my pw is incorrect. I know this is wrong because it still works on my old phone. I see there are 2 more higher pd versions. I will email the developer & see what happens.
