App is good, SMS notification, User handling all very good. but need more customisation. GPS location is not right, Driver assignment is not perfect. Most of the time driver and passenger are getting fight (two drivers coming, wrong time to driver ARE MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE). Cost should come, also receipt so we can use it for records. Good try, looking forward for changes.

karwa driver did not respect my family and he shouting to my mother all these coz of service charge 5 more. but in play store description karwa said use free app. so its not free like uber and qatartaxi . but we payed hime more as he want. but I demand response considered

The assigned drivers don't show up but the app shows that I have been picked up and that I have completed the trip. This happened several times. I was expecting the drivers to show up and I was left stranded and late for work. Then I call the customer service ti ask what's happening. I can never get through to them. They are the worst customer service I have ever encountered. What's the point in having a 24 hour customer service when the phone is not picked up. Why is the app not working anymore?????

Very helpful app from Karwa to get ride at appropriate prices and also to get taxi at doorstep. However, app is not stable at all as it hangs quite often on my Galaxy Note 4. Also, sometime system assigns drivers from far away even though there are free cars mear by. Karwa Needs to improve on this 2 points.

I used it to book for airport trip at 0315 A.M . First they sent the approval with assured sms. But I was surprised when they sent me sms at 0315 exactly that there is no car...I was about to miss my plane time. Also they don't give accurate location to drivers .

Im using this apps since May 21, 16. 12 bookings, 9 successful bookings & 3 cancelled. 1st the driver called & asked me to cancel the booking because he wants to rest. 2nd the driver dont know the location so he asked me to cancel the booking and 3rd I cancelled the booking because the driver called and asked me to walk the other side of the street because he dont want to go to other side. Most of the problem is the driver, hopefully they will not blocked me the next time i will cancel the booking.

The driver's don't understand English.... they say driver will come in 10 min but they come in 15 20...the taxi driver don't come in the same location you as a costumer requested.....you ask them about a location they say i know sir i know and in reality they don't have any idea..... sometimes they are taking long road's and making circle's just to take more money .. they refuse sometimes to put meter...smelly dirty.... better to use other service or Uber.....i dont recommend at all!!!!!!

Taxi went to another building I was waiting for a long time & kept on calling the driver giving him direction still didn't know until I went out into the street waving for him while passing the building again. He picked me up but he was very fast & rough driver. I kept on telling him to slow down & to be careful.

I've been using the app for quite some time now and today it just keeps telling me APP UNALBE TO ACCESS INTERNET . Now does this mean you blocked me or is there something wrong? Please let me know.

Karwa has beggars instead of drivers. I don't understand why i have to negociate the price for every ride and they don't use the meter. Some of them they even refuse the ride if you don't pay them the money they want. That's why UBER will overtake you guys. You can build the most amazing app in the world but as long as you have shity drivers it will not work. They should show respect. Everyone is woking in qatar and they have salary. If i want to tip, it's my option. Not theirs. So please..wake up

Ridiculous, I am using app since the month it was launched, everyday I book through app, hardly I have cancelled 5% bookings, still yesterday they have blocked me, I guess because I had to cancel the booking and the reason of cancelling the booking was that the driver has picked up the wrong person and left, then he requested me to cancel the booking otherwise he will get penalty. Now since I have cancelled that booking every time I book the message says 'we are fully booked, please try another time'. Overall I appreciate the app but didn't like this gesture from you.

I cancelled 1 booking because the taxi did not arrive for 20 minutes and i will be late for work, then i booked with Careem (3min and a car was at my door). Afterwards i was receiving repeated calls from karwa driver. Now my number is blocked by karwa. I get messages that karwa is fully booked.

Great taxi booking app, but sometimes two taxis are sent (no problem for me, but inconvenient to the taxi). Could be improved with a message system to provide feedback and complaints to Karwa. Currently can only review the trip, not provide feedback on the system (like double taxi issue I mentioned above)

I can't speak about all drivers but the one that was sent to me was mr. Excuses and he didn't even cancel earlier to give me time to arrange something else... I had to cancel my meeting because of him. And u all have seen there driving in the St.s. So i guess that tells u all u need to know. And they dont have good coverage even in such a small country.

The apps is good but the drivers are not good. Bad smell, rode, cheating, they are not putting the meter and they are asking big amount of money. Karwa company you have to be aware to your drivers... very rode and cheating....

There should be a built in calling or messaging system within the app so the customer and the driver can contact without using cellular minutes,this will make the app more effective as mobile phone call will not be wasted. Driver showed up on time as expected.

It was quite useful before. But now it requires to turn on WiFi while open the APP. If you reject to activate WiFi , it can not find out your location. There is no WiFi outside, how i can book a taxi? I have updated to latest version, but still can not book without WiFi. Hope rectify this error.

Great when it works but recently it tells me there are no taxis available every time I try to make a booking. Phoning to make a reservation reveals that the app is misleading me. Kind of renders this booking app useless!

Yesterday I tried order a taxi but there where no taxi available. Today I ordered one and came two... The drivers told me there is some problem with the app. Please fix it!

Earlier it was working very well..but sinve few days wenever i try to book it says all our taxis havebeen overbooked...how come all da taxis will b booked..its not possible... If karwa doesnt want customers den its ok...

I just like this app also more the improovement from karwa taxi...i just booked a taxi this morning after 10 min the taxi was front of my home ...and the most thing that i liked that u don't need a visa card for booking just pay after you get to ure destination...really good luck guys

I have been using this application for the past 2 weeks and from 10 bookings that I have made my driver didn't show up twice. I have a baby that I need to pick up after work and due to their miserable employees I was not able to reach on time. The application is showing that your ride has been completed and you haven't even enter the car because the driver didn't show up on the location. Their call center is even worse when you call to complain. They don't care for their customers at all.

Terrible service at every manner and aspect possible. Old gps that has been fitted in the taxis centuries ago and which shows nothing that can help to direct the illiterate drivers who know nothing about how to speak or to behave or even know the road at least. The drivers will repeat the excuse of being new whenever they do a mistake. A lot of them don't even bother to follow assigned bookings and just keep roaming around. The system crashes and bugs are like infinite and having a good taxi experience is nearly a miracle that happens once in every 1000 bookings with this company and app. A true master piece of crap.

First, I used karwa 4 months ago, daily. Recently you recruit new drivers don't now any thing about places in doha. And they be late for me. Yesterday you blocked my tel no. why? Because I canceled the booking. Cheat for this. So, why design CANCEL BUTTON in your app.

It was perfect till yesterday. Since yesterday it just shows that they are fully booked each time I try to book a taxi. I dono what happened. Also day before one driver fought with me without any reason. I was giving him complete address over the phone but he misunderstood or something.. he came and said I cancelled the order when I dint.!!! Whole trip he was blah!! He even complaint for nothing... my morning was ruined bcz of his attitude. And since then my booking are not been taken which is not fair.

The worse service I have ever met! The assigned driver is "a new here" and doesn't know the route to desired destination. Late a lot in arriwal and booking a taxi is for extra 5 qar. Uber is better and cheaper in total. I will never book Karwa taxi again.

Out of 4 bookings only 2 was succesful. 1st: i called the number of the assigned driver but he said he dd not recieved any bookings and blamed his call center for the inconvenience caused and askd me to book again. 2nd: another trip was booked jst today but the driver never came. I received confirmation sms that booking was confirmed yet no driver came. In addition, i called the number of the assigned driver but never answerd his phone despite calling him more than 5 times. Drivers shld b apprehended

You blocked my account for cancelling bookings? Are you trying to punish ur customers? Am using ur taxies for more than 9 month despite the stupid drivers u have, I paid thousands riyals & in return u punish me as a small kid, what's the hell? Many times ur stupid drives ask me to cancel the booking cause they cannot reach the destination or cause they have a problem with the car & will be late, whats ur problem???

Karwa is the worst taxi service known to man. The drivers are usually ill-tempered and have a habit of making you wait and then cancelling. And they will not even wait 2 minutes for you. Explaining addresses to them is rocket science. The drivers are mostly new and not trained enough to navigate to main locations in doha. The drivers sometimes do not give you the bill unless asked to do so, and they ask for charges not specified on the bill. Poor navigation usually means that we have to take longer routes, which means you end up paying more. Incredibly unprofessional.

Vary bad company,there is no management between administrator and driver,3rd time have problems with drivers. Before making app should but qualified drivers and employee.should fix mistakes

I just book my taxi few minutes ago i received a confirmation the taxi didn't come then he put off his phone the registration no. Is 5528 please fix this problem.

Driver didn't show up, he wasn't taking my calls and he even shut off his mobile. My list of bookings was saying that the trip was made, in the meantime we were, me and my kids, waiting outside for more than 30 minutes in a windy weather. It is very mean and irresponsible. I should have called another company. I imagine I can't rely on this service for important trips. Please fix this matter with your drivers as I'm not the first one complaing abouth this frequent problem.

Its good app, but it need to be more accurate for the address, i book taxi when it arrives it was in the nex Street, i would give 5 stars but for that reason i will give 3 stars, plz update your GIS

I've used it for almost a week and love it but when i click 'where is my taxi' button after booking has been confirmed, it shows the taxi is exactly on my location but it will actually be quiet far from my location. Maybe improve on that and i'll give you a 5-star rating!

The driver didn't show up and the gps showed he is going far away and he didn't bother him self to answer my calls and finally the application said that i have completed my ride. This company can't control thier drivers i don't know how they are giving service to people

I have registered 3 complaints and they did not do anything. They are the most unprofessional taxi company. Taxi drivers telling me to go and find another taxi even I had a booking. Don't use this app and this service. Shameless drivers and worst customer care.
