You can filter your search by vehicle type and if we don’t happen to have availability, we will find nearby companies for you to call. All sorted through the app.

Does not allow you to proceed with the app unless location services are enabled so I stopped using. Should be able to key in a postcode for example

Given other reviews, not happy to give card details to Karhoo at this stage, therefore cannot use to book even if happy with quote. Need to provide reassurance re removal of card details if app is uninstalled.

And the 2 firms that I usually use, are not even listed. I'll stick to calling them. And went to do a "test fare". Seen that it would have cost me 7 quid for a fare that I know only costs me 4.

Full overview of all options is the way forward. Uber emerged offering a better alternative so I used it, now karhoo has changed the game again. Great app

The app said 6 min. wait. After 46 min. noone came so I cancelled. Now they are charging me. It is more like a scan.

I used this app and all was good. But then I got an error message telling me to contact support. I have contacted support around 5 times now. I keep getting told they are sorry and will look into the problem. But still the problem remains. And the "support" seems to have ended.

Big waste of time. Booked a cab to pick up from airport, the fleet cancelled at the last minute, I then wanted to delete my card details before uninstalling the app but it says I cannot delete because I have payment pending!! While they cancelled my booking!! Totally unreliable, avoid this app like a plague

I am a london taxi driver and I used it to get a minicab from Chingford to woodford. Came in minutes and the drivers are better than uber and English and insured

Major companies that can service your needs quickly have their own apps. Why use this app to get to the company that ultimately pick you up? You made an app to use other people's hard working companies while you get rich not producing any service yourself, pathetic.

I ordered a cab using this app for the first time, advised the cab would be 15 minutes and my request has been recieved, got a text to confirm. After 30 minutes and 2 calls to the cab company I was advised to call customer services... I would have, if I could find a contact number. I realised I would be better off getting an uber, so I did! I tried to cancel my booking but kept getting an error message. I'd ideally like to delete my profile but 9 hours later.... My ride is "still in progress".
