Heelllloooo! Can you hear me? Seems that you have troubles with hearing what people saying. Fix your app, it's Not working, at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ------------- This app after recent update crashing every single time when I try to open explanation or recap of the question. Please fix it because as now it makes this app impossible to use.

Keeps crashing

Plataform is down and there is not technically support. I'm calling for technical support and nobody is asking the phone. Kaplan is a terrible service and also DE application doesn't work

Overall design is nice, but the app's question review is poorly formatted. It also cannot review some question sets at all (maybe because of multi-part vignettes?). If you want to review your daily questions, your phone's browser is the better option.

The app just never works. It logins and then doesn't direct me to the next page. This has been happening for the past 4-5 months. Please fix this.

I tried the latest version and until now i have no problems at all with the app, simple to use, easy interface and the tutor mode is on point.

I absolutely love this app. It's a very convenient study method. Whole heartedly recommend it to anyone interested. Great job Kaplan !

Edit: Nevermind! Just tap on the picture and you can zoom in however you like! Pretty good. It picked up an unfinished test right where I left off on the website. Easy to use. One problem: pictures and diagrams are too small to see on my phone. Needs a zoom function.

It would be better if the tests created on the app had the option of naming them. It's very confusing to review once a good number of tests are created. Also there are lots of bugs. It doesn't sync well with desktop version. I had to repeat a few questions.

Does not work. I keep getting an error: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it..." I am using a Samsung galaxy s7 edge. If I back out and re log in I get a page expired error

Congratulations guys! Very impressive how this app can help you stay on track wherever you are. I think ppl should update their ratings and be fair

Is not working at all on my phone (LG K10), first when I try to login in it tells me "unfortunately an unexpected error has occurred" and when I finally login I can't use the QBank.

Authentication issue. When I go to sign in it says this page is no longer available. I reinstalled the app and the bug persisted. I am sure that am using the right authentication credentials.

Didn't work for me at all. Tried to log in multiple times, and just kept getting errors.

Won't let me log in it just says 'please make sure on you Internet connection'. I'm sure that the credentials are correct! I log in the webpage just fine....

Thought it might link up to the class we paid for while in nursing school. It does not or I just cannot find it

Decent questions with good references

You can't review the test on the app.

Doesn't communicate with the browser version of the Q-bank, so I end up getting the same questions again. If that issue were fixed, it would be a great app.

Very easy to navigate and gives great in depth explanations

I really like the app but the only problem I have with it is that you can't make notes on questions you have done nor can you view the notes that u made from the desktop version. Please update.

Doesn't work

Error! Error message constantly show up on every page. I can't even submit the test.

Would be 5 stars if it actually synced with the online materials. I've had the app for months and online it says I haven't done any flashcards at all.
