Kaplan q bank crashed and now locked me out of creating any more tests. Apparently this is a known issue that they have not fixed

No update since 2012? Yikes... You guys should take a look at Uworld both their computer and mobile apps and then look at both of yours. Seriously, both your versions are hard to fully take advantage of, and it sucks because the Qs in the Qbank are very good

I lost a block of questions stuck in mobile app, that couldn't be revived even on computer. Each time trying to open the app, "unfortunately Kaplan step2 thank has been stopped". There is no use with the app, as we mostly need it when we are on the move. Sent report several times, but of no use.

I can't review my previous test. Doesn't work well at all kaplan hasn't fix it. Horrible

Just let me create one test, after that it crashes everytime I try to restart it. Totally disappointed

Functional for the most part. Just make sure you can finish the block in one sitting. If you suspend on Android it will just count everything you didn't get to as wrong.

Absolutely terrible. I was able to take one test and now the app won't let me create any more. Stops working as soon as I try to do anything within the app. I can at least log in which is a step past last year with the step 1 app. Truly shows a lack of customer service and a disregard for you after receipt of payment. A shame that their name is so prominent in the industry.

This app is ridiculous. I could not do a block on my laptop and review on my phone on the go. So what is the point of this app? Also, after I completed one test, I was shocked to find out on laptop that I got 19 incomplete questions because the app already submitted the test or did not save some answers. Seriously kaplan? You should do better than this. Very difficult to exit questions. I wish I bought uworld. What a waste ! Beaware of expensive cancellation fees of 35% or more.

App opens just fine, but when I select "take test", it crashes. Every time. I've got an unfinished block from months ago that I can't do anything with because it just sits there mucking up my stats. What's up with that?

Junk!!!I need this app and it crashes, I comute and need to do tests.I started a test and it kept crashing had to uninstall, even reinstalling didn't help.....2015/3/14 and still didn't fix the problem, where is the professionalism?2015-6-21 still crashes every time hit take test, 2015-9-10 the problem is not fixed yet

Unstable UI. Crashes unexpectedly. Uworld is a much more refined app. Content is as expected, but cannot be appreciated due to poor UI.

App doesn't work for Android

Works fine. 1 week in no bugs...good on down time

Crashed. Won't let me do anything. Tried reinstalling, restarting, clearing cache. Nothing works.

Kaplan is very bad company, they rely on their good material and their questions. Their service is the worst ever.

Terrible. Too many errors. Does not even work now. Always says incorrect username ID AFTER i have logged in...

The app does not have most of the options available on pc, and it recently started crashing randomly. I can't even access the questions from my phone or tablet anymore

For the first couple of weeks it was just OK. Despite you couldn't zoom in the tables and images, but it was still usable. Then during test loading the app crashed and it became impossible to load new test as it was permanently crashing. I called Kaplan, they promised to fix the problem in 48 hours... It's been a week and the problem still exists... I think Google should kick out of the play store this crap until Kaplan learns how to make a normal app...

I can't review tests that I did on my laptop. This app needs to run seamlessly with the main website. It doesn't work for us students that do questions all day long even when we're in the bathroom.

A completely failed application, it does not even log in. It does not even function well as a paper weight, which would be slightly more useful in terms of studying.

If you pause a test, then the clock continues to run. Otherwise works fine.

It was ok until yesterday mud test I got an error message and it hasn't worked since.

Works fine. But not five stars because it doesn't sync well with my online qbank

I generally don't review apps but I have to on this because it's so bad. You would think a big company like Kaplan could get this right for students who are shelling out hundreds off dollars for their products. This is ridiculous!

Works fine on my asus infinity, it will be better if you can see videos explanations and you can highlight some words

This application needs to be improved. It does not allow you to finish a test you started on it on your pc, even after uninstalling the application.

crashes constantly. crashes every time "review test" is pressed. unusable.

Do not use it

When it works its great.....but doesn't work that often. Won't let me make a new test. Or log in sometimes...

I cannt creat a test ! Always an error please fix it

I can't even load a test in my phone as soon as I hit create it crashes and shuts down. Even after I Uninstalled and Installed again.
