We have credits but its useless now for direct bookings. No notification pop up everytime someone booked or request for direct service. We can only check the direct bookings in the notification (bell) to see all those bookings that we missed. Everyday dissappointed. Hope there will be a fix. Because I believe that we are the only one who encounter this kind of technical problems. Some service provider are well notified so they are quick in accepting jobs.
