Kaodim - Hire Services

The app is ok but with one annoying problem; when you receive a quote in the notification, you click it, then an error pops up saying some error of showing the quote (can't remember the exact message) and the quote detail is empty. Not a big deal though, just click the back button, at the main page just open the quote again, done.

The app continues to crash. I installed it, ran it, and it crashed. Restarted my phone, ran the app, and it crashed. Uninstalled, restarted my phone again, reinstall and ran the app, and it crashed. Clap, clap, clap. Bravo. Bravo. It was working one version ago. Don't know what you guys did to the app. But bravo!

the customer service will not reply any email even after i sent 5 emails and waited for 1 week !! not recommended !! alot of problem engaging with them.

Why my calendar is not English??? It's in Burmish? Indian Sanskrit? Thai? Writings of some sorts.... How to select Needed Date, if I don't know how to read/select the calendar!!.

I submit to kaodim to get a quotation to replace 1 kitchen tile. Only 1 contractor replied and he charged me RM1200. Dissatisfied, I tried again 1 week later to request for a quote. The same contractor now charge me RM1500. Guys, stop wasting your money in kaodim as contractor will charge high price.

Already complete my job but I can't submit my review. Tryed many time but same issue.

It always states no internet connection and close by its own especially to chat with the contractor.

Surprised and annoyed when the service provider who just quoted me can find & pm me on Facebook! I didn't even hire him and my privacy is exposed to a complete stranger. No longer feel like trusting them with my personal details.

Force closes, uninstalled it. Useless app indeed

I had raised one service through my email. Now I am trying to download the app and register and it says the email is taken. **** The customer service contacted me and fixed the issue. Kudos for the initiative. ****

Keep crashing when try to upload photo..

I tried submitting a faulty down light and received the same error message - Something Went Wrong. Not good.

Need more features such as updating the request to notify that a vendor has already been selected. This will stop other vendors from sending further quotations. If i'm in their place, i can only get frustrated with this app if i'm sending quotations for jobs i have no chance of winning.

Had a bad experience with a contractor. He called directly and messed up the job in the end. I asked for a simple leak fix. But now i have still the leak unfixed, water supply gone in my master bathroom, a missing tap. I am partly to blame for not checking how the system works but i didnt pay much attention as the plumber called me directly while i was waiting for quote. I was busy at work didnt pay much attention so partly my fault. I would warn others to vet thru the contractors contacting you.

Asked for a plumber, app asked where I need it. In the toilet? Or my address? Regardless, next button doesn't work. Terrible design.

Keeps crashing and I have to keep relaunching the app to cross reference and reply messages. Please fix this!
