You must register on the website first, that's fine by me. Once I did that and tried to log in its little circle comes up and spins and spins, till you eventually get passed off enough to write a check and use a stamp!

Can't even view the details of my bill. You always have to check the fees because kgc will rip you off any chance they get.

Whoever made this app made it impossible to use. Cant even log in even with my registered id.

The big green "Pay Bill" bar covers the "pending payments" as shown by the second visual on the program information on my screen. Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

It has been 10 months since your last update. There is plenty to improve on. What are you waiting on?

Can't log in so what's the point

I tried to install this app on my moms phone but couldn't get it to work past the register page so I uninstall it. Westar energy app was so easy!

Registered on the Kansas gas website & still couldn't log in on the Kansas gas service app

Easy to navigate and all pages worked. Have yet to pay a bill, but it also seems to be straightforward.

I am able to look at my account and navigate pretty well. I don't have a bill due at this time, but it looks like it will be easy to make a payment. Thanks for the app.

I have not been able to login even once since I downloaded it. I have even Uninstaller and reinstalled
