Try another android device if you cannot configure the plug ...Took me some time to figure out. Bad news : after successfully configuration of the plug to my wifi network the device is always offline.Cannot find any solution. It works in direct mode(insert the plug pushing the on/off button few seconds and connect to mini wireless) but this way the plug is useless.

Both, product and software are riddled with bugs. It's my 4-th hour since I am trying to re-set the product after changing router/modem. Took me 10 minutes for modem:))). Software is in Chinese. If you want to maintain your sanity,keep away from this product
