Have submitted 2 pothole request over the last year and 1 entire road re-paving (bradley from the RR tracks to 76th) and each request was completed within 2 days. The road repair is on going, but they are fixing everything it sounds like. Would like to submit more than 100 characters for each request, but I suppose they don't need a novel to get the idea. Highly suggest using this!

Broken app

It worked for a while then suddenly quit. It won't go past the museum screen. Tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck. I have a LG G3

Can never add additional information, even 4 letters is over 100 characters?!?! No way to report problems with the ap.

Won't get past the home screen on my S6. [edit] Started to work now but still will not allow me to submit a report. Claims my email address is not valid. Tried 3 different, valid, email addresses, same result.

Lol. App was built to change with the season which would be awesome. But nobody reporting tall grass or weeds this time of the year. Over night parking complaints would be nice

This app used to work when I first downloaded it but now nothing won't go past the load screen. Nexus 6 completely stock so if it doesn't work on this phone probably won't work on any.

I had no trouble loading or using the app. EXCEPT it would let me add photos, but would NOT let me submit the request with pictures. No issues selecting map site.

I have samsung 6 and it does not load. It has a screen that says Milwaukee and that's all it does.

I get all the way through a request and attempt to add pics and it will not accept them. Then, it will erase out your whole service request. And, please set the character limit to stop allowing more characters than allowed. Both are deal breakers.

Galaxy 4s....reported potholes once and worked well. Very happy with it, then.... Haven't been able to work on it since. Locked on home page.

Just like the city. Don't pay their people, don't have good apps.

I have a Note 3. I used it once to report potholes. Was surprised that the city got to it with in 2 weeks. Ever since than.....all i get is the first page with the art museum and nothing else. I can't get past this screen. Its too bad really.

Based on other comments it probably has something to do with Android 5 (Lollipop). It's a real shame because I was hoping to use this app... I'll update the review if it ever works properly.

Using a Note 4, S 5 and a Note Pro 12.2 and doesn't open. No wonder why Milwaukee County thinks this app has a great customer support function because you can't even use the app to report issues. What a joke. Fix the app first before promoting it through the community.

Currently not working on galaxy S5 with lollipop, would love to try it, but it gets hung up on the launch screen.

City was responsive when it worked on my old phone. Got an S6 and the app won't even load. Can we get an update Milwaukee??
