Buffalo 311 handles city of Buffalo non-emergency quality of service requests. This application allows users to make service requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Users will be able to quickly and easily report quality of life issues through the app that will be sent to the responsible department to take action with the ability to view the status of request that you submitted through the app; as well as getting other city information such as bulk trash dates, fire house locations, recycling information and much more.

Doesn't include enough options. I couldn't report a failed stop light, unmowed lawn, or clogged storm drain. And in Android 5.1 it just freezes on the splash page.

Tried to submit a parking violation report and it fought me almost every step of the way. Wouldn't accept my name in firstname [space] lastname format, even though that what the error message demanded. Then it wouldn't accept my email address or my phone number. Removing hyphens from the phone number helped, and submitting my name with the first name capitalized and the last name in all lower case seemed to work. Which makes me think that the app will reject all Asian names which come in 3 parts, not "firstname lastname." Then, when I finally got it to accept my contact info, I got (twice!) an error message saying my image could not be uploaded. Please fix it! This is a worthwhile service and I'm glad that the City is making an effort.

I have a Galaxy S5. When I open the app, it just stays on the splash screen with the City of Buffalo seal. No menus shown. Please fix.
