فوائد التسبيح
قوة البدن والوقاية من المجاعة.
يفرج الكروب والهموم.
يكفر الذنوب.
يقضي الحاجات.
يزيل غضب الله ويجلب رضاه.

شروط التسبيح
التسبيح يكون لله وحده خالصاً لوجه الكريم.
يكون بالتلفظ بأحسن الأقوال والألفاظ، المستمدة من آيات القرآن الكريم، والأحاديث النبوية الشريفة.
أن يكون التسبيح نابعاً من القلب.
التسبيح يجوز بكل وقت، ولكن هناك بعض الأوقات حددها لنا الله عز وجل، يكون فيها التسبيح أكثر أجراً وفضلاً.
ويجوز في كل الأمكنة الطاهرة، ولكن يستحب في أحب الأمكنة إلى الله مثل الكعبة المشرفة، والمسجد النبوي، والمسجد الأقصى. Benefits of praise

Praise may be all the time, but there are some times us by God Almighty, which praise be more reward and well.
And in all places may be pure, but is recommended when choosing places to love God as the Kaaba and the Prophet's Mosque, and the Aqsa Mosque.
