ZakasFood Daily Meals

I tried this for consecutive 3months. Food is good. But when I change my location from pimple saudagar to Vishal Nagar they never replied whether they deliver here or not in spite of several enquiries done by me. I even texted my exact location still no response from Zakasfood. Food quality 4½ service wise 3

when i shifted to pune i was so worried about hygienic and quality food. But i must say Zakas ended all of them in one go !! amazing quality food, punctual delivery flexibility to update the orders. Nothing can b bettr thn this. luv u TEAM ZAKAS

Customer care person talks very rudely. They doesn't care about your feedback and trouble u r facing even after explaining.Every weekend I have to inform rather fight to get my lunch delivered to my home address. When I pinged on WhatsApp to them regarding the same,they responded very rudely that they can't change the address and later stopped replying to my messages.very rude behaviour. Only good thing is good is good but food delivery service is worst.

Everthing is worst except few food menu was tasty. Gives offer n denies. Multiple time food not delivered n I slept hungry. Attitude of Cx care executive. App is worse. Refund not happening for months. And many more.

This is not for individuals , it's only for Offices and corporates.. Taste is really bad....... I donoo recommend.... Even the Delivery is very late ..... I ordered for 12.30 PM and it got delivered at 2 o clock... Taste

On very first day delayed by 2.5+ hours, also tried to make atleast 50 calls but not receiving.

I m not able to open the app on samsung note 2 after latest update. Plz. fix asap.

I unable to understand the application.. There is no option to choose the preferred time for delivery and yes it is little costly

Food is too repetitive. Need to improve app performance as well.

they dont refund the balance ever, no matter how many calls you make or mails you drop. poor poor service

Worst app. I thought of trying it cause I thought they are serious about their services. But seriously once of the worst tiffin service untill now.

Nice quality

Third class service by zakaas. their customer care person is too talk roughly and not ready to hear customers query. Management is very bad . if i order one tiffin they send 3, when we call them they don't accepts their mistakes. there are many issues facing with this service.

I use to get my account details as and when needed. App helps a lot. They have very good supporting staff. No need to say that food is great. I like no repetation in the food every day. So every next tiffen comes with great surpise to me. Thanks Zakas.
