This app worked beautifully on my Galaxy S. After upgrading to the S4mini it always crashes when adding an issue. I can only view issues. Sent multiple crash reports, emailed the developers and the main site, but have heard nothing. Seems like it all went to the dogs in 2012. So disappointed!

The app and Web backbone are a great idea. However the android app constantly crashes on my S3.can only view incidents, but as soon as I try to add an incident, the app crashes.

...except that the ward counselors are threatened by it and are hostile to the Mobilitate team. The app also no longer works on my device as I can't create new issues without it crashing. Sadly uninstalling.

This app is sooo unstable, it freezes and closes just before submitting a problem or reporting the freezes...wtf?!?!

Crashes when you go to any map views. Incredibly difficult to upload issues on the go. Signing in problems probably linked to the hit or miss signing in via PC if you use any browser other then Internet Explorer. A pity, because the site is fantastic once you get an issue listed.
