I'm so angry. Why give the option to people in Cape Town? I'm sitting with credits that I cannot use! It's ridiculous! Now I'm told the credit will remain until your service rolls over to Cape Town

Please expand this service! Amazing and I love it. Simple app to use this is just on point. There should be a monthly statement as to have a budget when depositing. Discovery link does not work and there should be other methods than credit prepaid

I have credits and frequent Campus Square. Every time I go to Campus Square the boom never opens. Nice concept in theory... in reality IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. Fix it and stop selling dreams.

I have subscribed but get no assistance whatsoever. For the past 5 times at the Pavilion mall I paid my parking at the manual machines plus somehow KaChing also took the money off, so I paid double for parking every time. I have sent 2 emails and a sms but never get any reply. The one time I tried to go out just with Kaching it was not working.

I work across pavilion and I am there all the time... Used the app for the first time today and I am really impressed, drive in and out...hassle free... Great Job! Hope more malls implement this soon

I shop at pavilion shopping mall. Had this app for a month now. It's never worked once. I have to pay manually for my parking.

Can't link to Discovery I.e. Can't check membership. Nowhere to change password. Manual confirmation - what is that?? Does not allow med to set up any payment method other than prepaid. This app is a great idea but needs to work better.

It's not clear at all how to pay for parking. Nothing in UI to explain or show.

I like the idea, and it worked for me once, but I've had it not work at one or two booms. Also, the app crashes regularly and says it can't connect to the server, so I can't use any of the analytics or features.

Hard to navigate as it keeps crashing. Paid R15 for parking at the machine as I wasn't sure this was working and was charged R15 by the app too. Potentially a great solution for people like me who lose their parking tickets.

Can't use my pre paid at any boom because app won't let me "acknowledge" my car is at Morningside centre. Called for support...... Still waiting

Very cool app, would prefer it if there wasn't a monthly fee. I'd rather pay a bit extra on top of the parking ticket price specially since it's only in one centre at the moment.

Great idea, no more scratching around for change or loosing parking tickets. Tried it out a bit earlier at Melrose Arch and it worked perfectly.

Just can't tell you what a fantastic parking payment solution. Should be used in ALL parking sites.
