Zur Programmierung von Aufnahmen sind ein Digitaler HD-Video-Recorder und eine Smartcard von Vodafone Kabel Deutschland erforderlich. Kopiergeschützte Sendungen (z. B. bestimmte Programme / Select Video) können aufgrund der Zusatzanforderungen einiger Programmveranstalter nicht aufgenommen werden.
