My first legitimate journey was gone, though I was expecting a black cab and got a mini cab. The one star rating, however, is because kabbee have allowed someone to change the email address on my account without notifying me, then allowed them to book a cab ride in my name, possibly with my card details. I'm appalled. I would definitely recommend not providing these people your personal or payment details, they're clearly failing to secure things in the most basic ways.

I've been using this app for a long time and every time I call for a cab, THEY NEVER EVER CAME ON TIME. They were late or came too early. Even today, I called a cab for 8am and he came at 7:20am and called me which made me crazy. Deleting this app

My user experience with Kabbee was poor and not seamless like apps such as Uber. I got a quote through the app that ended up being £20 more expensive than the quote through the internet browser which was really strange. Don't think I'll be giving this app another go.

I used Kabee to get to Stansted Airport this morning. When we got there, the driver asked us to give him 5 pounds more, saying that this is the price normally asked by Kabee drivers when taking customers to Stansted Airport. We called then Kabee's customer service that for more than 1 hour and a half wasn't able to get in touch with the driver. One they did it, the driver lied and he said he never took that money from us, therefore the customer service wasn't going to give us the money back. Just avoid!!

I had issues several times with Airport pick up,driver arriving while my flight was annonced delayed and driver start bombarding me with phone calls while am still in Brussels,or driver calling me as i land instructing me where to meet him in parking or text message giving you description of a complete different car rhan the one picking you up,drivers not delivering receipts ,and when Kabbee try to redeem themselves they sent you a £10 voucher to be used within 4 weeks!!!i ve been trying minicabbit&happy.

I don't mind using kabbee but the things I don't like is that although the company claim they don't charge extra at peak times they really do! And it would be great to have more rewards and appreciation by the company. A small fiver here and there in comparison to the amount you spend isn't anything to look forward to. In fact sometimes it's quite off putting that you don't get anything back to be fair

Today trying to book for a future date but it deletes the information I've entered when something goes "wrong" in the app. Have to keep entering same journey details. Any way it can please save a journey? PREVIOUS NOTE: I selected MPV which says it's for 6 passengers on booking menu (and price goes up 30%) but booking itself describes MPV as "up to 4 passengers" and vehicle that turned up was too small.

Used to be good a couple years ago before Uber became so popular. Now whenever I use it I seem to only get terrible cars and drivers who would get (or maybe gave been) fired from Uber due to bad reviews. Will never use again.

Not happy as I had to pay more than the agreed price to the driver for a trip from Heathrow airport to bounds green. When contacted customer care,they only justified driver by pointing about the parking fee at the airport. Not professional at all.However, on the other hand, I did have a good experience when went to airport from bounds green.

Yesterday my driver was late by double the punctuality promise. When i wrote to feedback, with photos attached of the puke on the seats, kabbee wrote back sending 'sincerest apologies'. I wasn't given my money back despite sharing my horrifying experience by email and on the app. Making Minicabs Mistakes should be their new slogan.

Booked a cab to pick my parents up at the airport for 3pm, received a text stating where to wait for the cab in the airport. They stood there for 50 minutes and no sign. Extremely difficult to get hold of kabbee. Apparently cab broke down and they didn't see it necessary or courteous to text or call me or parents to inform them. No apology no compensation no response from their 'customer service' email. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The 10£ discount is fake!! I paid the ride with the voucher and still the driver ask me for money! He showed me his app with cash to collect, I couldn't argue because he insisted that the ride wasn't payed!!! Fake

After 3 years, I have had enough bad experiences with kabbee to terminate my account and uninstall the app. Rude drivers with no accountability when they are late. If you exceed 5 min while coming down from the apartment, they start charging you! Even if it's 6 min. Operators don't understand English and always side with drivers on complaining. I will use uber and strongly advise everyone to avoid kabbee.

I booked a cab to reach Euston station early in the morning but kabbee changed my booking to another cab company 40 mins before booking time. And that company didn't send any cab and said that they don't work with kabbee any more. I tried to catch my train via uber but failed. Then i took next train and paid £156 to a last minute train ticket. Of course kabbee didn't accept any responsibility. I suggest you to contact reliable cab company directly before your critical journeys. Do not use this app at all.

All round I do prefer Kabbee to most van apps. However they need to extend how long your treat lasts and they need to make it so you can top up as much money as you want like £2 or something. Drivers from cab offices have left whilst I was grabbing my coat or cancelled without letting me know! Kabbee have not given me tokens for friends joining or rewards

If the driver is not coming ornlate or whatever the company is not doing nothing because what they said they are unable to undertake full responsibility for the performance and legal obligation of self employed drivers working for lincensed fleets. So good luck

Very fiddly input fields. Saatan is also temperamental. Can do with reviewing interface, carry out user testing, apply android material design styles can help :)

I had a voucher that I wasn't allowed to redeem when paying cash. This is not mentioned when selecting payment types. You are then not allowed to change payment type without cancelling your ride (which I suspect I would get charged for). There is no way of contacting Kabbee. Ended up having a heated conversation with the contracting company, but obviously they couldn't do anything. Luckily the driver was a VERY nice guy, but that has nothing to do with Kabbee, that was luck of the draw. Definitely use UBER

Would always recommend uber over kabbee! Missed our flight thanks to a late cab that then kicked us out of the cab after we were seated and ready to go! Kabbee very unhelpful even when I complained as we were treated so badly. Uber always has been much more professional and has always rectified any issues. This app is now deleted!!

Norton scanned it after install then realised it copies sim contacts info and what apps are installed on the phone. Norton's recommendation was to uninstall. I uninstalled but sadly it was too late as that data was already sent to you at point of installation. You need to step up and make a change here. I don't trust you and neither will others after reading this.

Should be made clear that any promotional credit is not offset automatically against the cost of the journey. You have to top-up your account and only then can you utilise the promotional credit. Should be like Uber and other taxi apps that utilise your promotional credit first and then charge your credit. I don't want Kabbee to be holding on to my unused funds when I top up. Very annoyed!

1. Annoying "please enable your GPS..." keeps popping up; 2. No option to manually set desired amount for top up balance (min. amount is £10)...what if I want to top up £5??

Twice in a row Swiss cottage cars via kabee have cancelled my booking at the time they were due - can't help but think they got a more expensive last minute booking! Not impressed at all. They have gone downhill.

sparing the details, but when you book a cab a week before your arrival after a 12h flight with a small child and then the first cab doesn't show up and the replacement shows up without a child seat, then that s not what I call good service. no pre-contract through app or otherwise was made. when the cab didn't show up in had to chase ... safe yourselves the trouble and avoid at all cost

It's easy to book and I/we always have a lovely, friendly driver! Some of the most fascinating people I've met in London drive minicab; who knew? I can honestly say I've never had an unpleasant experience; late for a couple appointments that were WAY far away (once was purely traffic) but I just book earlier now. Just in case. Small price to pay. Well worth it, if you live rather far out in east London, are unable to take transit and have appointments in central/north London relatively often. Love it.

Forced me to pay for a cab twice, customer phone line puts you on hold for several minutes (assuring you all the time 'your call is important to us') and then hangs up, repeatedly. Terrible service, i will not be using again.

I did the exact same journey with the Gett black cab app and the price was £6.40 (+ I gave a 10% tip to make it £7.04).Kabbee charged me £8.40. Also, the £10 discount code wasn't accepted as I later found out that I had to top up a minimum of £10 from my credit card to then use the code on top. So I paid £8.40 cash-lucky I had cash on me as didn't expect that. Uber is also much quicker to arrive because they have so many more drivers all around London.

I'm giving this app another try and it has not started well: could not create account on app, had to go on laptop. Had issues with drivers not showing up in the past, let's hope something has been done about this.

This app wants permission to the users contacts, photos and media files, app history and location etc. Why and what for? Just mad!

Would never recommend this service- They really don't monitor the drivers that they hire or permit for the job and if everything goes wrong (like a driver who isn't even aware of your booking) they won't accept responsibility. And will charge you full amount. (credit expiring in two weeks also pretty unfair). I missed a plane because of them- driver seemed more concerned about his rating than me. App itself is pretty flawed design wise- you'll get charged unless you go out of your way to use their credit or promo stuff, balance doesn't load properly, sometimes menu or banners is missing, it's not easy to use, or is clear. They're a middle man to hire a cab. And they're not good at it.

SInce couple of months the drivers are almost systematically late and my last journey was a mightmare, the driver did not speak English, he did not know how to read, he did not know where the airport was and he was lost even with the GPS I even wonder if he had a valid driving licence. took 2 hours instead of 1 to reach Gatwick I almost missed my plane. The driver was driving dangerously people where Horning and he kept asking me where he should go... No quality drive It is goodbye for me I remove the app.
