It will not connect

Full of bugs, not a very good UI. Loses connection all the time and lamp needs hard resets to start working again. First I was able to control light but not audio. Then audio but not light. Now I cant even connect. Very low resolution in RGB control. Colors dont flow smoothly from one to other. From green to yellow you have only a few steps. Does not remember latest setting power on. Always starts at full brightness. Not good for bedroom, if you dont want your eyes to melt in the mornings.

Linked np to bluetooth. Played music fine. Won't find it in BT Connect no matter what I try, so light functions don't work. Bright white all I can get. Won't turn off either with app.

Unoptimized and poorly coded. Won't recognize the light 9/10 times and when it does, drops connection and won't reconnect until turning switch off and on,then back to hide and seek. Waste of money

Okay app, crashes sometimes. Would be nice if there was an on / off widget to make it easier to control

This connects every time, first time with my iPhone 6 and LG G3, the only problem I do get is I can't play music thru my iPhone which is pretty annoying but I can live with that as I have loads of music on my LG. fantastic app, granddaughter loves it.

Worked for a few days but now the app keeps crashing and will no longer connect to bluetooth to play music

it's an ok app but it could use some work like more setting options. it would be nice if we could choose what color patterns we wanted and to be able to do the scene settings

Only audio works, Total waste of money.

Worked out how to use it. Connect to iLink in your Bluetooth devices. Then in the app press the top left menu and go to BT Connect. Connect the app to your light to enable it to change the light colours etc.

It doesn't allow you to group the bulbs. Or does it?

At long last I got this working on the note 8 . Simple when you connect ilink use samsung connect this enables audio :)

Won't even find the lamp. Samsung s8. I have allowed it all needed permissions and even restarted everything many times.

Bad application. The music library goes first to the gps voice commands of lot of them , no music folders setup. I develop software, with 15 minutes time and information over device I make for sure better than this, dissapointed!

Can't control the lights. No help in the internet. Trouble shooting guide is limited. I've already bought it and have to use it like this because I can't afford to buy another one?

Read this if your are having trouble!!! If you are having trouble connecting to the app to be able to change colors you have to go to the app permissions and allow it access to Bluetooth.

Bluetooth connects just fine and I can use it for audio but the app won't connect so I am unable to change the light settings at all.

It's pretty impressive, I must admit. The thing I really wanted though is for the morning alarm light to come on gradually, like a sunrise. It seems like something that would be easy enough to add - so I really hope they will.

My android phone can use it for sounds but not light control. My husbands android phone was able to control the light until I paired it, now neither of us can. When we try to connect to ilink app via Bluetooth it says rejected by app.

Less about the sparse app more about the bulb -- from Wish. Another I had first, from Amazon, cost less and sounds very good. This one is not even "so-so" it actually sounds pretty bad. Also the Amazon sourced bulb has an app that uses your camera to duplicate any color. Amazon didn't take 7 weeks like Wish does.

I couldn't get The lights to turn color until I went into settings.... I hit the Bt connect and hit the magnifying glass. It said, failed to connect and then, it connected. The lights and music work great!

I like the app in general too bad it doesn't work consistently. I've do the testing and the issue is the Bluetooth connection. It ask to link to two things instead of one. So Developers fix the issue and you have a 5 STAR APP. It wants to link to iLink and iLink app. Causes the loss of one or both and when you come back in range of Bluetooth it can only find one. I have a different brand in my home as well it only looks for one link and doesn't have this issue. Need a better handshake and also if link is lost when you do re connect the light control doesn't connect without many attempts to re load app and turning Bluetooth off and on. That's ridiculous if we need the lights on lol. Otherwise app has great potential ps. It works great with iheart Radio and Sound Cloud apps. Folks if you use internal music library need to configure files it works with a little effort.

I am able to connect to the lightbulb via Bluetooth and play music just fine but the app is not connecting to the lightbulb. It doesn't even list it under "BT Connect" so I cannot control the lights, which is the main feature of the lightbulb. App itself seems pretty straightforward and there are many options but I can't use any of them!

I loved it at first. But after some sort of app update I can no longer control the colors. Too bad. Would've given 5 stars otherwise.

Connect to App first, the Bluetooth. Struggled to connect it initially. Its works very well, just need to do I properly.

The lightbulb connects to the phone blue tooth just fine and I can play music, but nothing comes up in the BT Connect section of the app. Can't control lights or colors or anything. Not getting what I paid for please fix this asap
