The mobile deposit sends a different image than what I see. So I take a pic of my check...the app says its ok. Then it gets processed and declined for not all 4 corners showing in pic or poor image quality. When I took the pic all corners were there as well as it was clear. Super frustrating because I want to use mobile deposit.

I log on, then get off. Forget something, try to open up app, and all it says is "starting". Have to wait hours before it works again

I would give the app a 5 but I have to type my username in every time I use the app. Please put the app back the way it was! Please

Good app, well organized. Would be nice to have an option to log in with fingerprint scanner for newer phones!

Very simple works like a charm dont listen to any of the reviews this is by far the best it shows all account and payments and is very easy to use bad reveiws must be people that want baby fed cause thats all it doesnt do

It's ok. I've seen better bank/credit union apps. This one is real simple, easy, but minimal. I like what I can do on the online site but it lags a ton & takes forever to log in as to the app it's faster and comes in handy when you need to check your account balance real fast on your phone while your out and about.... so pro's & con's. I just keep the app on my phone for checking my account balance and that's it.

Newest update removed the saved username so logging in is annoying. Mobile deposit constantly crashes and causes app to force close. After writing "for mobile deposit only" on checks you worry you will have to go into the brick and mortar location anyway and explain the endorsement.

It takes too long to sign in I hate having to enter username each time. The password should be enough.

This app is terrible. While other financial institutions are making apps easier to use and quicker to check ballances, wildfires latest update destroyed itself. Requires user name each time you access it. Then hit begin sign in. Then password. Then it takes forever to get in.

Same info as the old app. I was told by the person I talked to that this app had picture check deposit.

Loads slow, enter your id every time...I want the old one back.

Would be nice if app could store user name.
